They sell a lot of tech equipment at great prices. They are willing to negotiate and be fair on price as well as they stand behind the products they sell. I havent had a bad experience with anything I have purchased there ranging from computers, pc parts, random electronics or test equipment and even a 70 touch screen monitor.

We purchased a high-end Wacom tablet from NTC Tech on Ebay, which arrived exactly when they promised it would. A pair of accessories that we assumed were part of the purchase were not included, however. When we inquired about this, NTC Tech cheerfully and promptly refunded us the cost of those two items. We could not be more pleased with this experience. This is a notably honorable online retailer, and we look forward to doing business with them in there future. Highly recommended!

I have been in the used test equipment industry for over 25 years. I have meet and spoken to 1,000s of people. Dewan will always stick out, not just because of the great service that NTC provides but the way he does business himself. There are a lot of vanilla people in the world and this man is bubble gum flavored. A very unique and interesting young man to say the least. I will I had more suppliers with his great attitude!

They have been emailing our work email asking if we purchase random electronic equipment. I finally responded Dont email us again and Dewan Payroda responded with May God bless you. You need God with that type of attitude. Address below, come by lets talk cause its so easy to act tough and give attitude over text buddy. All I did was ask not to get emailed spam and now this employee is asking me to fly across the country and confront him personally. Do not do business with this company.Update - The owner Jon called me to personally apologize for the behavior of his employee. He was sincere and I appreciate the call, but I am still amazed that an employee for this company tried to get me to confront him face to face because I asked to be taken off their mailing list.

I tried to make a purchase for up grades to two computers I have and the person I spoke to totally talked down to me. If you like people who try to make you feel small when you are trying to do business with them I say shop there.
