The facilities are very clean and appealing. It seems very safe and I felt like my storage was protected. The lady in charge is very sweet and very helpful. I would highly recommend the use of this storage.

I’ve used a lot of storage places across California and Extra Space Storage in Rancho Cordova was definitely one of my better experiences. They had good rates, I felt my stuff was safe, they had good hours of accessibility to my unit, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Recommended!

Moved from Boston and been subjected to many ignorant people here on the west coast. So it was such a pleasurable experience when I encountered Miss Tammie Geter, the Store Manager of Extra Space Storage. Usually when you go through the initial process of signing up for something its daunting to say the least but she made it quite the experience. At one point we almost sang a Disney song. She brings out the inner child in you. No, literally you become someone else in that little office!!! You never know what youre going to get. -Forrest Gump. I almost forgot why I came. Or the need to leave. She has an addicting personality that makes all other troubles dissipate. Then sudden it hits and fast....your car is filled with boxes and you realize what you came to do. So you say your good-byes and hope we meet again. The End!

Ive been with this storage for a coupleyear now weve had our ups and downs but since the management has changed Ive not had any problems. Tammy has been a joy to work with for my storage needs everytime I see her she puts a smile on my face. She was very understanding and helpful when I fell on hard times. Well, it would have been nice to get a storage unit without a damaged latch that grates my knuckles and is difficult to get into. Lastly, theres nowhere to hang anything in the unit. It is what it is, I know but that would be super helpful. Tammy was friendly however, thanks for that.

Called and came by the office today because I forgot my gate code and was starting to clear my storage to move again. Tammy had my code already written down for me when I arrived and verified my ID. She was also able to get my move out date set up easily. Ive had several units over the years at this location, my family is in the area and I move back and forth out of state. I always come back because I know they have good rates, convenient hours and I never worry about my belongings. Everything is always as I left it.
