We tried to have a pod shipped from Seattle to Sacramento this month. A week after it was supposed to show up, still no sign of the pod. After multiple calls and several hours on hold, we still have not been able to speak with a customer service representative. Did this place go out of business WHILE our goods are in transit?!? The phone systems says that Smartbox is no longer accepting new sales orders, even though the website is still functioning. Im amazed there are positive reviews here Smartbox seems to not be a legitimate business. Stay away!

Other than some initial confusion when the boxes would arrive for packing, the process went smoothly. The various contractors didnt sync their dates, but the people were polite and helpful. Everything went better than was expected.
