Wait, wait and wait! My first service appointment is not good at all. The technicians here are nice but this Tesla location is small. All the customers have to wait outside and wait for the staff to assist them. The whole process of getting the rental car through Enterprise is really inefficient if your car needs to be fixed for a few days. I was sent to Enterprise to get a car and of course there are no options there. The Hyundai car they gave me on first day had stains on the driver seat. Then on 2nd day, I was contacted by Tesla that there was a loaner Tesla through Enterprise that can be reserved for me to pick up at Tesla location. I went there and waited 2 and half hours. I saw Enterprise assisted everyone other than me. After 1 hour and half waiting, I asked and the Enterprise guy said my name was not in the system and the Enterprise guy just gave the loaner Tesla to someone else. Wasted my time!

I went for a test drive. Super friendly staff and didnt hover you and harass you to buy a car. They just let the driving do the talking. They give a full half hour and theres no set route. Just take it and go. Was an awesome experience and definitely has made me consider getting a Tesla.

Love Tesla but slcustomer service is horrible. Took 30 minutes to even get attended to buy a 30 dollar parts. Another 20 minutes waiting to purchase. Jeez, it should not take this long to purchase something so simple. 2 other guests who showed up before me were attended first and left before I ever did... not cool.

I had great service at this location. My Model 3 screen showed that my 12 volt battery was getting a low charge. They replaced the battery within 30 minutes. Covered by warranty.

Bijon was really helpful from the beginning to the end. He provided exceptional services from the time we arrived and until we left. He greeted us warmly, took us to show Model Y, answered our questions very patiently about car. He then sanitized the car for us and showed us everything that model Y offers. Upon our return from the test drive, he provided additional details about buying options, delivery date, charger options and helped us meet with Cody, one of the advisor, to get a quote. Cody was also very customer oriented and asked us all the right questions before giving us a quote. Thank you guys for the exceptional service! I booked a test drive and got here on time. I was told that they didnt have the car for me and they claimed they had called and cancelled with no apologies. The truth is that I didnt receive any notifications of cancellation. Truly disappointing!

Amazing way to test drive a car and order a car. Tesla basically eliminated the car salesperson involvement in car buying, which is grear. I scheduled the test drive online, test drove the model 3 and model Y, and ordered model Y. Great experience and outstanding vehicles.

We had to wait almost 2 hours for our vehicle to be ready because the car had issues so they had to take it to the body shop. This was on day one before we signed the documents. Not exactly a confidence booster. Also, the car has no battery so we had to wait for it to change. About 3 hours wasted. A week after we got the car, I had to take it to a service center because the rear passenger door was not closing properly and several other issues, they gave me a rental and kept the car for a week and now Im finding even more issues.Long story short, make sure you scrutinize absolutely everything inside and outside of the vehicle because tesla quality control is absolutely terrible.

I had a fantastic experience here. My service professional greeted me at car right when I pulled up. They quickly explained the process and I was back on with my day in minutes. I had to leave the vehicle in order for all the programming to be completed, but was kept in the loop as to what was going on. Highly recommend!

This is a newer and nicer service center than the one in Pomona. Due to covid-19 right now I could not go inside so Im not sure what the inside looks like. Folks were efficient, but there are so many Teslas here in this little cul-de-sac it was difficult to find a place to park.

On our way to the Grand Canyon, one of the superchargers took one of the plastic aligners. So we had to drive to the closest service center and found this place. I’m so glad they were the closest! They are super sweet and nice! The technicians even showed us a trick to supercharge after they lubricated the port. Our home service technician was made aware of the replacement needed after we left this place. Although, there are no frills these days due to COVID they still offered some water bottles for our trip. So thank you so much for being caring team!

Their service gets booked pretty far out, but they were able to get me in sooner than the app said for a windshield replacement, and I’m grateful for that.As of September 2020, the windshield stuff is only done on Tuesdays or Thursdays, just as a heads up to anyone looking for that specifically.Also they didn’t give me a loaner since it’ll be done the same day, but I did get a $100 Uber voucher that expires next day. If you’re relatively nearby that should be sufficient to get you there and back. Convenient amenity.

Tanya was awesome. She speaks Tesla! I mimicked a noise my car was making and she translated exactly what my car was was doing when my car makes that noise. She even mimicked the noise better. She sounded exactly like the car.I came in with 3 issues with my car. As soon as I described what my issues were she knew exactly what was wrong with all 3 issues.She is very professional and very empathetic to calm down the frustrations that I was having.My car wasn’t syncing to the Tesla app which made it impossible to make an appointment for weeks. Finally After much googling I found a link to chat with someone online from Tesla. He suggested I just take the car in.When I got to the service center Tanya didn’t shoo me away. She knew why my car wouldn’t sync to the app and took my car in and was so nice and eased all my worries.Tanya made me have faith in the customer service level at Tesla again.

Made the reservation for my Model 3 Performance with ease the place looks simple staff friendly, only problem they dont have much inventory to display, colors look different on a car than few feet up on a wall. Test drive was great advisor let me drive off for a few minutes and let me say never have I been so sure of making a purchase after a test drive he explained everything with detail before the drive. I did not feel pressure to buy, the car just sold itself and thats how it should be.

After 4 separate, excellent experiences here, I have no complaints.The shattered windshield they replaced in clear and free of distortion. The sensor I had knocked out by a piece of road debris was repaired while I waited. The MCU2 upgrade that I had done is... Doing whatever it is that its supposed to do, I would assume.I do wish this location were a little closer to a coffee shop for me to wait at, but they are happy to offer an Uber voucher to take you wherever you would like to go.Wonderful staff, fair prices, and timely service. I couldnt ask for anything more.

What a FanTaBuLous experience. Wow we were so amazed on how powerful the Y Performance car puts out (it was borderline scary) My guy and I enjoyed the ride of smooth luxury as we drove around town on our test-drive. I knew about Tesla feel and comfort a year ago but now, it is a force to be reckoned with. I have decided that my next car will be a Tesla Y........it is a dream car, I currently have a Mercedes GLE 350. I am a commuter and I drive over 100 miles a day, so the electric car is a better option for me. The wait time to delivery is 30 days, now thats a Deal !!I Luv my GLE however Im going electric. Thank U Tesla Rancho Cucamonga for the Extraordinary Customer Service on October 18th.

Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a service center appointment to replace the dead MCU on my Model S!!! The MCU failed on my vehicle without warning and has been rendered useless. I requested service for the failed Touchscreen/MCU back on June 22. Tesla service deemed it necessary to send a mobile tech out to check/replace the 12v battery. The service tech came out on July 3rd to inform me of what I already knew.. I have a dead MCU! The mobile tech then told me that I would be contacted by Tesla service to schedule a service center appointment. That didn’t happen, so back to square one. I had to request another service center appointment via the app which was given on July 7, 2020. I receive a text message today- the evening before (7-6-20) notifying me that this service center doesnt have an MCU in stock to take care of my issue. Why didnt you order one a week ago when I requested the service appointment??? Do you not have an inventory system with a backorder report to help expedite services? Therefore, I have been given a new appointment rescheduled for July 20th. You having this mfgd in china? Another 2 weeks??? Are you flippin kidding me??? The most valuable car company on the planet cant fix a common issue on my vehicle for a month (maybe longer)? You mean to tell me that there isnt one MCU at any nearby service center in southern California? This is unacceptable and complete BS! This is my 4th over-extended wait for a service appointment in the last 2 years. Ive never had these issues w/ BMW or Audi. Time to trade in this expensive pos paper weight!

The Tesla Service Center in Rancho Cucamonga is a newer facility located in an industrial park. My Model X was in to upgrade the FSD Computer and MCU. The checkin was quick and efficient since I had a scheduled appointment. The service was going to take overnight, however, they are curwas rently not offering a free loan car. I had to arrange my own transportation. Not a big deal for me, but a definite decline in past service experience. The work was completed satisfactorily and the communication and procedure to pickup the car was excellent.

We had a horrible experience with Teslas service dept. We had 0 customer service. The crew is unorganized they have no systems in place as to how to complete jobs. be sure to keep good notes when you call them so you can reference the incidents anx follow up with the service dept. We had to keep calling them and be on top of our car. Otherwise, nothing would have been done.

My brand new car was in service and they told me it was for the day only so they did not give me a rental car. It has been 2 fulls days and now entering the third day they have had my brand new car and I do not have a rental car. These repairs were for things wrong and broken with the car at delivery so I should have been given a rental car. The service manager should have been updating me on the progress of the car and that it was taking longer. Communication was very poor and it needs to be addressed.
