Good selection of scents, plug-in burners and hand sanitizers. The only thing that bothered me was the sale items are located on the right side of the shop and the majority of the regular priced offerings are on the left side. There are no signs so if an associate doesnt let you know, youre pretty much on your own.

I did a online order and within 2-3 hours my order was ready girls are really nice there easy to pick up no troubles

Love this store. Please check your candle before buying. Some of them dont have a long enough wick. Their customer service is great! Sent me new ones right away to my home.

WOW this bath & body Lotion is on point. A+ customer service and both store manager and assistant mgr we’re working very hard to make sure that all employees were being Covid-19 SAFE not only for them but for us the customers. They made a line outside in front of this cute florist. Employees outside helping with on line pick up and also letting everyone know about specials, I noticed they clean counter after every customer. Good Job team bath & body you are awesome I’ll be back soon. Thanks for your help

This is the best smelling store in the Inland Empire. I wish the receipts were more shopper friendly because the discounts are hard to see. Maybe its just me.

A kind, friendly staff goes a long way. Hand sanitizer was posted on the outside of the door and a greeter welcomed me in w/ sanitizer in hand😇

They are very COVID compliant and have someone providing hand sanitizer at the entrance. They also limit the number of customers inside so they can keep track of the 6ft. CDC spacing guidelines. And as always, the lovely people behind the register were considerate and kind, as usual! It reminded me of the genuine human kindness that arises in times of crises.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The store is always neat and organized, and of course, smells wonderful!

Very friendly staff. Theyre helpful and knowledgeable. Decent selection of products, they have all the basics. But personally I prefer the the store in Victoria Gardens because they have a larger selection which allows me to discover more scents and options. Overall, I would definitely return to this store to stock up on my favorites.

There was a line due to social distancing but it was quick easy and customer service was friendly.

Had to wait outside in line for about a half hour after dark as the capacity to shop is 16 people. Otherwise, they had plenty of products to purchase and no waiting to checkout was good. Smells great in there, too!

Not sure the manager here knows what they are doing. Limits are placed on purchases even when the company is having sales. For example their buy 3 get 3 sale you were only allowed to purchase 10 sanitizers so you wouldnt qualify for the buy 3 get 3 sale. Contacted corporate and was informed the manager made the decision herself; it was not a company policy. I only wanted 12 sanitizers!!! Not very good customer service. Will go to a different location next time or order online.

Really enjoy that they have more scents available that men might enjoy such as body washes. Picked up some amazing deals over the holidays. And the app is a great addition (I know its probably been around for awhile). So much better than paper coupons. The staff are really helpful including helping you get the best deal.

The line here is CRAZZZYYY on the weekend but the staff is super sweet and works to wrap the line around social distanced and out of the sun!!! The A. C. is soooo awesome once you get in the store and they even have lil complementary water bottles for the line outside

This is truly one of the best Bath and Body Works stores out here in California! The staff were extremely kind and offered me all the help I could ask for. I found a new scent I truly loved and they smiled as they checked me out. Wonderful staff, definitely coming back!

Even with covid, this store was able to open, while still keeping everyone safe. And they even provide water since its so hot out

I liked it, I had a gift card, so I planned on spending that 25 and maybe 25 more of my own. Well, disappointed they didnt have alot of good deals, however they did have some cute things for Easter, for kids baskets. 🐰🐰 I picked some body sprays and lotions to match, the girl who I asked questions about a few things didnt seem to want to be bothered. So other than that, I would go again, its a clean and close to my home store.

This bath and body works, made me and my sister feel very uncomfortable. They brought security in when we entered and they only cleaned the things we touched not everyone else. Most of everyone was white or hispanic. We felt we were being discriminated against due to us being black. Not every black person is a theart or trying to commit a crime when shopping. Dont put ALL black people in that category!

Great place for deals

I used to buy my candles from Walmart because I thought getting one from here for 10 bucks might be too much but it was 110% worth it!! I only bought two candles and my house smelled AMAZING for months and months!! They last so long and smell so delicious! If you are a candle person, this is the place to buy your candles!!

Customer service at this place is very good. The work do you say are always very nice and helpful they always ask if I need help And always ask if I’m doing ok, I love this a bath and Bodyworks location they always have sales and is never crowded also being around all the stores in the Terra Vista plaza is also a plus. I recommend this location 100%.FYI ( Try not to go when they have sales on the other hand washes because it will get crowded, any day of the week is fine. Monday — Thursday.

Love all there candles and there lotions

The wallflower scents are not as strong as they used to be. Spent over 80 dollars on 8 items and I cant smell any of the wall flowers I bought.

The location I went to was busy AF!! Because of the one day on hand soaps being only 2.50 each it was nuts. You had to stand in line to get into the store cause the lines were inside to checkout was EPIC. Luckily the line moved quick and the sales girl was polite and knowledgeable about the sales and rewards owed to you with the BBW app.

They alway have great fragrances‼️
