I really liked the service here, I had my vans tire replaced in only 30 mins and the waiting room is so clean.. I loved dealing with Godfredo he gave me the best customer service and assisted me till the end, he is really a very respectful person.Thank you Again.

When I arrived I was the first person there and they told me to come by later because they had work from the day before to finish 3-4 hours later I try to get a oil change I had to argue with the guy working there to get my oil change done before they’re “lunch break” after they they did oil changes for other customers that arrived after I arrived. (Side note) the guy I spoke to I was more interested in trying to tempt me to committing a crime than giving decent customer service

I had a great experience with them! I was in an out for a flat tire in less than an hour and the receptionist was really nice. Ill definitely be back if I need more service.

They are the worst place for tire rotation and oil change. It took dam near 3 hrs to do that.In my 30 years as an auto technician I have never seen any place so dam slow it doesnt matter if you have an appt or not.

Luis was amazing!! We brought in our 25 foot travel trailer to get some nitrogen in the tires and he was so accommodating! Luis wheeled out a nitrogen tank so we didnt have to get the trailer in a predicament and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks so much Luis!

I went here on a Sunday, as I had requested a quote through Yelp for my Nissan Versa and they responded immediately with a quote on an oil change and brake repair. They not only responded the same day with the quote but took my car as well, gave me a fair price on the oil and brake repair too. Other repairs as well as tires were needed and they offered me a 6 month financing option with zero interest as well having qualified, so I accepted as it was a very good deal. Luis attended to me at the desk and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process being attentive and thorough. The mechanic Isiah was very kind and did a lot of work/repairs quickly, I know they worked passed their closing time of 4 pm to make sure I had my car the same day. I am deeply appreciative of this, my experience couldn’t have gone any better and I could not be more happy, I rarely write reviews but this is a necessity in the positive experience I had, great services and work should be recognized and I hope that’s what this review has embodied.

Great service, kept me informed, they installed 2”lift kit, rims and tires. A tad pricey but happy with end result.

Needed two new tires came to integrity for the 1st time after reading their reviews. tight on money and Anthony really went above and beyond to take care me. I would highly recommend them.

I was told to arrive by 6PM, they wouldn’t take appointments even when I asked twice. I arrived to the location at 5:30 and I was told it was too late. I told the the front desk guy denied that he asked me to come by 6. This could’ve been avoided if they’d give me a specific time / been clear on when they will close. I drove 30 min to get there, what a waste of time. Absolutely disappointed !!!

So I thought I would give this company a good review but it turns out Integrity is not the word that describes this company. After spending over $1500 (2 cars) with them and giving advice that I needed a whole new engine and was not true disturbs me. They also charged me a $35 Lien Fee. I guess that’s life in the mechanic world. All I know is I better pass the smog test.

Owner of Integrity claimed they sale grade A tires or double AA quality only. I purchased 4 tires and soon discovered he installed Grade A traction, but Grade B temperature Goodyear tire in my car. This is not a trust worthy place to go ... Integrity service and honesty is not worth of a star

Didnt refill wiper fluid. Took over 2:30 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Tried to over charge me and leave my car over night. Not a good experience

Went in for an alignment and tire balance. After I left I noticed that my camber was still out of tolerance according to the print out, and they rotated my tires after I told them not to two times. I called them two times to ask about the alignment and was hung up on both times.

Went in for oil change and departed with a terrible experience.Added a brake job, 3 return trips - 5 plus hrs of my time, and the job is still not fixed. Now they tell me they have to have it checked by a master mechanic - for s simple brake job. Dont waste your time going to this shop.

Jeff and the guys at A&R tires are very accommodating and always willing to help. I have come in on a couple of occasions without an appointment and they made a way to fit me in to get the work done. They always inform me on their specials and are always very polite. I highly recommend the shop! They do great work at a fair price.

Took my car in this morning for a oil change and smog. A&R was kind enough to tell me about other issues with my car and made me a check list with all the prices. Not only that, but I was in and out in less than two hours. Very very very helpful and kind staff. Very knowledgeable and great prices. If youre looking for a great place to take your car this is the place to bring it to.

Did great with a new tire and price but after they stripped off one of the lug nuts they sent us on our way blaming the tire shop before them. A friend and I had to drill it out and grind it down in order to rotate the other tire. Could have been a flawless experience if they would of just took responsibility for screwing up and helped me pop it loose. I would have been happy to pay for the extra.UPDATE!!Went back and they helped finish getting the wheel fixed and tire changed. All in all was a good experience and the prices are some of the best.

This place use to be great, but now it seems like all they want to do is sell you stuff. They tried to tell my sister her car needs a part for $1100 and then we took it to another mechanic and he said it was fine. It is one thing to say a part is needed but it’s still might have a couple months less it’s another thing to completely lie because they think women know nothing about cars.

Came in for brakes on my Mini Cooper. The service was exemplary. I was helped by Jeff and Chris and they made the experience friendly and easy. I was given a complete breakdown of need and cost. And the work was done quickly. Highly recommend to all.

Scoundrels! Scams. Smogs check. The guy before me failed because of his fuel cap and they said he had to pay 20$ for a new cap. They are only 4$ in auto zone. Anyways. He paid and they did not re-test his vehicle. He left after they printed a new sheet. Then I failed because my check engine light was on. They knew my car was going to fail the minute they sat on my seat. No heads up. Said I have to pay 80 for the diagnostic and then pay for the recommended repairs. Then it should pass. Scoundrels and scams. My engine light has a bad sensor. I just reset the code and it passed somewhere else. They fail you and then u have to fork out cash to get it fix.

Been using A & R exclusively for the last seven years with all five of our family’s vehicles. Happy to have finally found a full-service place that we can trust. I highly recommend them!

This company has been the most helpful shop I’ve been to! I’ve taken my car here for just a smog check and now they have a customer for life.! Whenever anything is wrong or I think something is wrong I take it to them now. They have not once try to take more than what my car needs done. They have gone above and beyond especially Chris! I have used A&R tire before, but today they handled my vehicle and problem very professionally and quickly. They brought me out to see the problem with the car and told me different ways I could fix it. They quoted 2 and a half hours and only took 1 and a half hours.

Excellent experience getting my truck smogged. The staff was great in obtaining serial numbers for aftermarket parts so that I could get in and out of there relatively quickly.

Went in to get Tires ordered for Goodyear tires on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and immediately felt like I was putting Paul Gonzlales out of his way to help me. Paul was slamming the phone down after talking to customers and muttering under his breath about how stupid they were or something like that. I explained to Paul I had a problem ordering Tires online to then be installed at his shop thru the goodyear website where they had A and R tires listed as one of there installation shops. I told Paul I couldnt order online because i did not have my Goodyear credit card number and Goodyear will only give my number to the shop that calls them ( Stupid i think) . Paul went ahead and worked up an estimate for my tires and printed it out and gave it to me and the price was 249.54 plus tax on each tire and I had just priced the exact Tire online at $185.00 per tire a discount of $70.00 per tire and when I asked Paul about it he refused to even talk to me about the Web deal, kept saying he did not do web deals but like I said Goodyear advertised this special on there website with A and R tire as there installation shop. If I was Goodyear I would remove this company from there list of shops as they are bad for Goodyears business. Paul is probably a great Tire guy but he is not a very good Sales guy, Get rid of him...

Ever since this shop sold and the new owners bought it, went down the tube!

******PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE********I have never wrote a review before because personally I dont care to, if the service was okay and they did a good job then i don want to waste my time writing a review online. But after today i will never get my smog done by this place ever again, And i want to warn others to STAY AWAY.I walk in ask for a smog check they say 35 mins and to me that seems a little long but what ever what do i know. After 50mins they take me out side and show me that my car failed because of a few microscopic cracks in a rubber piece in my fuel cap (which to me looks like all it needs is a little grease or something to smooth them up). They start talking about how they are going to need to replace the whole piece and not just the rubber band around the cap and its a special order piece so it will cost $90 and this is just how it is like a matter of fact that there is nothing else they could do.Im thinking to myself that this is a little sketchy and i dont quite believe them, because my car is pretty new and it should have passed easily like all the other times and after a while of them pressuring me and me not wanting to have just wasted $50 bucks for a failed test (Which they dont let you retry without paying another 50) i reluctantly agree. They say the piece would get their in 10mins okay fine. So i wait around and while im waiting i look up the price for a new gas plug, turns out i can get a factory replacement for $30+free shipping. So im mad, mind you this took another hour and twenty mins for them to finish while there is no employee in sight. When i confront him and tell him that i would rather just not pay the $90 for the plug and just pay my 50 for the failed test and be on my way. He will not let me leave unless i pay the $150 that the bill is now magically up to. I refuse and after another 20mins of arguing and almost calling the cops and feeling like i will never get my car back i end up having to pay $110, just so i can get my keys back and leave.*****Please never go here, THEY WILL SCAM YOU*********Long story short i tried to get a simple smog check for 50buck in 15mins ends up spending 3:30hours and $110 on something that cost half that in the real world.Very Disappointed and Frustrated.

Took our 2017 Expedition in because AC quit working and they had it back to normal in no time and ran it thru extended warranty company.

The worst service on earth, never go there!! They charge me for the smog check from the beginning even though they knew that my car wont pass because one of my parts needed a sticker, the rest was OK and they told me that they will be more than happy to repeat the test after i get the stickers and so i did, but surprisingly they a/ that ill have to pay again which was almost 50$ so i just left.
