Once your contract expires they will keep jacking up the monthly fee on a month to month without notice with monthly auto withdraw. Even when I called a sales rep, he said that yes they will do that to you.

Actually I worked there so I really cant give a rating less than 5 stars, but I will say there is a lot of professionalism, management and staff that care about their work and customers.

Not sure if the company is a fraud or just the employees there. Either way, if a company employs criminals, then you should by all means avoid this company. I’m actually surprised that ADT contracts with them because I will never use ADT because of my experience with Protect Your Home.They send ads out claiming service for $29/month with free equipment.False. They say you need a land line to qualify for the 29/month fee. So, we get the land line and then they tell me, there’s an “armed guard” fee of 7.99 a month extra.They claim to give you free equipment. False. I paid over $100 for mine.A month passes by, an actual ADT rep stops by and tells us that we don’t even have ADT service at the home. So we cancel our service because they breached their side of the contract.To top it all off, they’ve been charging us $54/month instead of the $29 + 7.99 (armed guard fee) this whole time.Please, please, please do NOT use Protect Your Home for your service. They are a fraud and I honestly do not know how they are still contracted by ADT. Check better business bureau. They have nothing but consumer complaints. Do your due diligence. Too bad that we didn’t.

Awesome. The install crew was not only fast, and efficient, but very informative. They were able to answer all my questions in a way I could understand without a dictionary. Satisfied Customer!!!

Very dissatisfied with this company. People need to be aware ADT has another Company they say they don’t have affiliation with but they actually own it. This company is called Defenders. Between the two of them they double and triple bill your credit card with out your consent. People need to be aware of this. Then when you notice and call them out they send you back and forth between the company’s and blame each other for the mistake. It’s a major shell game and very sneaky as well as fraudulent.

The installer was fantastic and sensitive to my needs. And so was the guy he was training. They came in did their job and left. And had good ideas for me as to more protection

HORRIBLE!!!!!! These guys are the worst - they lowered my standards for ADTs level of service. They wont leave me alone, they call and call and call. Ive asked them several times to remove me from their list. They just laugh and think its funny and say, WELL THERES NO NOTES HERE - SO DO YOU WANT A SECURITY SYSTEM??? Really? I asked Ryan to speak with his manager and he said NO MANAGER HERE NOBODY HERE BUT ME. Really? ADT Youre ruining your good name with these used car salesmen reppin your company!!
