I have used Mijac Alarm for 17 or 18 years! The security system in our home provides peace of mind when we leave, and when our family goes to bed in the evening. In this world of uncertainty, it is a very secure feeling to know that Mijac keeps us safe! We have only had three or four issues with the system over 17 years which I think is pretty good. Their staff when we called has always been polite, and the issues resolved by their technicians quickly and cleanly. I wouldnt hesitate to go with them, Im sure youll receive the first class service we have!

Called to have them repair some old off-contract alarm equipment in my home. The installer was prompt, courteous, professional, and clean. I was so impressed I asked their sales team for a quote to upgrade my system. The sales people came out, where honest, professional, and gave me a price that was far less than what ADT wanted to do the same thing.Ended up purchasing a full new alarm system to replace our 25+ year old one, which they installed quickly.From start to finish, the company is very professional, shows extreme pride in their work and has done a fantastic job at doing the work and keeping me satisfied as a customer.

Mijacs customer service and attention to detail is what sold me when I was getting estimates for a new security system. I got a good vibe from John McNamera, who answered all of my initial questions and made sure I got the right system for my needs. My installers, Chris and Nate, made sure the system was installed properly and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the install. Chris spent a good amount of time teaching me and my family how to use the system and patiently answered all of our questions. We were recommended by our real estate agent to set up a temporary alarm while the house was for sale and through the escrow process. Jon came out the same day and set up the system. The installation took about 30 minutes and was completely wireless and didnt need to holes drilled or wires run - impressive response and service!
