Long overdue review.Hailo replaced the carpet and wood flooring in my house. The whole process was first-class from start to finish, the way this company works is like a family; everybody communicates with each other on every detail back-to-back; from Ryan in Sales to Brandon in Customer Service to Tom which is one of the Managers whom ended up undertaking my flooring in absence of one of his employees; I have to say, very few times have I seen top Management go back to basics just to make a customer happy – that was a very humbling experience for me. The gentlemen that did the carpet too were focus and professional, they completed the job done in one day!AMAZING JOB & AMAZING TEAM!Thanks guys

(Loved working w Ryan the Sales Estimator) My installers Tomas and his crew were fast, professional and precise. They executed my project and finished within 2 days and before the time promised. I will be using Hailo again and asking for the same crew for my next flooring projects. I have a rental and was lucky enough to find new renters who wanted to move in within 3 days. I only had one room that needed carpeting so I wasnt certain I could find anyone to help me fast. Hailo Flooring to the rescue! They had carpet installed the same day! The price was great, the service was professional, and the installers were super clean and made me feel very comfortable while they were in my home! Top notch service, top notch employees, top notch company !!!

So rude. Came in and the man was on the phone— didn’t even ask me to sit and wait while he finished his phone call. Then when I show him my sample he tells me he doesn’t know what it is and I can look for it in the sample room. Isn’t his job to show me around? Then tells me next installation isn’t until September. Sounded like he didn’t even want my business after telling me that. That man at the front desk needs some serious people skills.
