My husband and I just moved into this area about four years ago. We just bought a new home and needed new flooring. It has been four months now and the floors are still gorgeous! Koko is the best! He works very hard for his customer satisfaction! If there is anything that needs to be adjusted, he is there on the spot! We need more flooring done for our upstairs and we will be having LA Carpets do the work for us!The guys that do the work are quick, professional and pleasant. We are very happy with the work and quality of the flooring that we had put in.

I read a lot of reviews on flooring companies and decided to take my business here hoping reviews werent padded cuz ya never know. Wow, was I impressed! The shop was closed the week after Christmas just when I needed my floors to be done since I was off on vacation. He asked his workers if they could do it for me still on their vacation time off and they said yes. Koko the owner was awesome. Hes upfront, honest, dependable and really knows whats best for the customer. His workers couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating and even helped another delivery guy that delivered a super heavy table that I wasnt expecting that day. Koko came both days to check in that things were going smoothly and if I had any questions. The little extra touches he added in shows just what wonderful customer service he provides. We couldnt be happier with our new floors and the new beautiful look and facelift it needed. Im so glad i picked Laminate Floors, thank you Koko!!!!
