Little to know help with the pharmacy (3 employees behind the counter and no one in line.) Asked to unlock their Extra Strength Tylenol so that I could purchase. She informed me I had to go to the front of the store to have them unlock the case. I went to the front and the clerk had a line. Someone in photography offered to page someone to have them help me. Stood in isle for quite some time and finally got help.

Scheduled a covid appointment online for this Walgreens. I picked the only time slot available which was 9:30 a.m. at Sunday. I arrive and the drive through is closed. I call and everything is automated. After 5 minutes I finally connect with an employee who tells me the pharmacy doesnt open until 10:00 and they have no idea if I should reschedule or just wait. Nice job Walgreens!!!

This place is a nightmare. They overcharged me on several months worth of medication and I had to go over all of my receipts with them.They were poorly equipped for Covid.NO SANITIZER.The staff is rude.To top it off, they abruptly shut the doors at 4:00 pm, giving no reason, and abandoning several customers who were told their prescriptions were ready.I plan on reporting them to the County Dept of Health and the BBB.

Pharmacy tech is very rude and always looks like she in a bad mood. Dont know her name but has tattoos and purple hair. When asking her a question she puffs....Which is very unprofessional. Poorly trained.

One Pharmacy clerk lacked customer service skills and should not be in the position to work with customers. Rude and uncaring. Her smock stated she was with a college? Am switching to another pharmacy. The staff working the store are great.

The wait time I drive thru is horrible

Pharmacist refused my driver’s license! Dmv has given a one year extension for over 70yo due to pandemic and I did renew it but it didn’t arrive in mail yet. That was in December ‼️‼️‼️

40 minute wait in the drive thru. Only 4 cars.

Absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The pharmacist that are there are anti women or something. My wife and I have the exact same scripts and every time hers is due it a hassle the pharmacist either doesnt wanna give them to her. Charge her completely different then me. I was given a walgreens discount card that I paid 20 dollars for. When I tried to enroll my wife the refused to allow her too. On top of all that the girls doing the registration are some of the rudest Ive ever had to deal with. So after putting up with there whatever you wanna call it Ill be moving back to my old pharmacy. The script my wife was paying 165 dollars for I just got it elsewhere for 39.01. Thats a whole lot of savings and the counter people are so much nicer there. So the Rancho Cucamonga walgreens on Carnillian I say to you good riddance. You guys have alot to learn about customer service.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years, at least 10 years. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This review is about the pharmacy. Tamika has always been very friendly to me. She knows her customers by name which is very important to me. I needed help with my prescriptions. Tamika could have told me that I would have to call my doctor and then call my insurance., that’s a lot of work when you don’t want to keep explaining yourself. Tamika made all the phone calls for me while helping her customers. She didn’t have to do that. It took time but she did it. I appreciate her.

I had been using Walgreens Pharmacy for many years they were good I dont know what happened as the incompetence in filling prescriptions has become appalling...I have to have some pick-up my prescriptions as I am in a wheelchair & transportation is a problem. I called & they said all my prescriptions were their except for 3 which the Doctor would call in I asked them to hold what they had as I would send an aid to pick them up the next day I even called the night before & told they were all thereMy aid goes to pick them up & there are only 2 I have 7 prescriptions and not only that one of the 2 prescriptions was wrong I called back & the manager was no help & was trying to blame the person that picked it up for their mistake. I have to pay an aid to pick up my prescriptions so I do verify by phone I dont appreciate being lied to & to having call back and again having to send someone to pick up my prescriptions at additional cost I am on a fixed incomeLast month they were short 1 Prescription because the clerk dropped it on the floor and did not see it so again incompetencyBeware of this pharmacy ..just awful customer service I will be switching to another pharmacy for my next refill

The Walgreens app really does help. The length of time they put you on hold it the worst. You can find out on the app when things are ready for pick up, why they have delays, what medications are time to be filled and just one button to have them request a refill etc. The text notifications are perfect and link you to the app with the information you need. AND THEY ARE NOT LIKE THE MEAN LADIES AT RITE AID. My Whole family switched to Walgreens and never been happier!

Pharmacist very rude, gave me two different brands of only half my Rx told me they will call when when they get more in stock. Long story short they had it in stock that same day and never reached out to me when it was ready. I can call now and they say its not ready and talk to another pharmacist thats says it is ready. Worst pharmacist Ive been to. Thank God I was only visiting from out of town. Made me grateful for my Walgreens pharmacy in Texas.

Im pregnant and suffering from severe morning sickness. I came to pick up my anti-nausea meds and prenatals and the technician claimed my insurance was invalid. She entered it again and kept asking for my husbands info despite me telling her that she shouldnt need it. Then she says the insurance is invalid. I had to spend 20 min on the phone to get a hold of my insurance for them to tell me what I had told her. They could see her processing it wrong. She kept arguing and I had to make her take the phone to talk to my insurance and walk her through the process. She claimed I had given her the wrong card, when she left, I asked my insurance if that was the case and she said no. That usually a pharmacy should still be able to use the card I gave her but to make sure it didnt happen again, I am getting sent some prescription cards to make it easier for them. To top it off I had asked for a manager, he came, took a look at the situation and told her to handle it and walked away. So much for service. I got it worked out but I got so stressed out I was crying in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is inconvenient as always though this one seems to lose my prescription consistently. Came in dropped off my paperwork and they told me for pick up to come back in an hour and a half. I came back it was not in the system and lost. Had to wait for another 20 mins for pick up.

I tried to buy Prosacea Medicated Rosacea Gel, 0.75 Oz and I was surprised that the price is almost double Walmart and other neighborhood pharmacies. I bought it from Walmart for $8.88 before tax which is $9.56 after tax Walgreens asked $15 and like 75 cents. Anyway I think this is a ripoff or an error in pricing.

As far as Walgreens go this one is nice.

Pharmacy is always crowded but they work fast to get you the prescription you need. Employees in the front and on the floor are great and are always ready to help when needed!

Fired! Ill use CVS. How are bad (pharmacy closes at 6 on Sunday) and they couldnt transfer my prescriptions to CVS, only 24 hour Walgreens which was out of Tamiflu. And since the prescription originated at this site CVS couldnt transfer it. They need to stay open until at least 8!
