TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER CAME BACK! THE OWNER IS RUDE HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER Patronize this place again. My first experience i waited 5min as i was the only person in the store, watching the staff have a team meeting with the owner no one acknowledged me or helped me until they finished their meeting! I went back again tried a new ice cream(the employee suggested)but i didnt like it all! I asked if i could switch it out and the owner refused and CHARGED ME AGAIN! I been coming here for years and i will never come back and spend my money because of this treatment!

Ok,We have lived in Alta Loma for 20 years and this location has NEVER been filthy so I wonder if the reviewer is confused or just really angry. I do not know how many times they have changed ownership ( if they have) but the store has remained clean, the staff always friendly. I think that a $3.00 coupon is a bit ridiculous to give someone a bad review over. Off to go pick up yet another ice cream cake.

Bad service. I called about a bad jamoca ice cream and the girl asked if i wanted to talk to the manager. I said yes please i need to make sure no one else gets the bad ice cream like i suffered, and apparently the manager didnt have time to deal with this serious issue. Never going again and you shouldnt either!

This Baskin Robbins asked if our ice cream was for here or to go. Extra charge for eating in the store. When we questioned this, the employee also told us that the Baskin Robbins on Archibald is cheaper. K then! Wont be back to this location.

Raquel is extremely rude and unprofessional. I cant believe she just ruined my nieces trip to the ice cream shop. I asked to talk to her manager and she said Kim is her name, and she wont do anything. Im never going to this shop again, and Ill be calling the district mangers or whoever is in charge of this store to let them know about the lack of friendly customer service. Very disappointed.
