Everytime I walk to that particular store. Tgey are always Busy..very busy with no customers doing n boxing for shipping or something...they do great u...but tgey make u wait till they are done with their boxing...seems thats their priority...nice store bet u great merchandise..but really bad customer service

I have been coming to this location since December 2006, where I found a beautiful engagement ring. Since that time Ive always had a great experience in the store. Ive also done the styling event, Which was really fun. All I have to say is that my experience was wonderful each time Ive come in. And they do have some great promotions through the year.Yes,some times you have to wait. And yes you should be a knowledge. But nobodys perfect.

My wife and I take her jewelry here to have it cleaned every once in a while. This time (last Sunday), the store was very busy, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I was being helped. The service we received was quick and courteous, which it usually is here at Helzberg Victoria Gardens. The staff all seem to have been with Helzberg for many years and know their customer service.

Went in looking for wedding band options. I was interested in looking for a custom band to fit my ring and just kept getting told repeatedly “well that’s just really expensive.” The woman helping us was pretty... just condescending and slightly teasing me for not knowing proper jewelry terminology. She showed me two different bands and then told me to fill out a paper and she would email me those two bands and then moved on to the next person. Felt rushed and like I wasn’t worth her time due to not having a giant rock on my finger.

Horrible service will never go back! Went to Inland Center after, got way better service. You’d think Victoria Gardens would be better but I guess I was wrong. The lady was so rude there was no customers and she still didn’t wanna help. She didn’t know the prices of anything!

After going to several other jewelry stores and NOT finding what I was looking for, I wandered into this shop. I described what I wanted and the lovely Melissa showed me just what I was looking for. In and out in 10 min - sweet! Next time Ill just come straight here.

Usually Im quite happy when I come in here and I always end up buying something.... but after walking around in here for about 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged and when I walked in one person was looking a diamond under the microscope and the gentleman that was working was intermittently helping another couple .... Im annoyed and very disappointed that not one person greeted or even cared that I was walking around

I was asked to wait for a few minutes. There were only two sales people on a Friday night & it wasnt crowded. A voice came over the intercom warning that there are cameras. Was I being accused of casing the joint for walking around looking at jewelry? I was then ignored for a long while so I left.
