I had to return 3x for my personalized gift. 2x on the date of purchase and once the following day when I was told it still wasnt done and the form had been lost. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service I have ever had at any time of year.

RUDE. Walked in in the afternoon around 1:15pm with my elderly mother who wanted to have a gift engraved she purchased at this location earlier in the week. My mother expressed she was only wanting to have one word engraved and the lady doing the engravings rude response was Well its not about how many words you want its about how many people are in front of you Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I had an necklace from 1 year ago that broke and they made me a brand new at no charge. They were so sweet and thorough.

Awful sales people. Two employees named Cynthers and Yggy or Yzzy were chatting, and they made fun of another lady working there, in poor taste. They also made fun of one of the customers in the store for the way they looked. I was disgusted by such poor behavior.
