I tried to go to Pandora to purchase 2 charms on Friday night. Their website said they were open until 8:00 p.m. I got to the store at 7:46 and tried to go in. The doors were locked. Not the maximum number of allowable customers inside. I counted. I tried the door again and the sales clerk looked up and made a cutting motion across her neck to say they were closed. I knew exactly what charms I wanted and was not going to browse. I will not use this store again. Nor will I recommend it. Not worth the drive to be met with a locked door before the stated closing time and a curt sales rep.
The girl who helped us was so snobby makes me never want to return. She was fat and wore glasses, my daughter and I were looking for matching rings and she was speaking so quietly we couldn’t even hear her and most times she wouldn’t even respond. Worst experience ever 🙄
Go to ANY other locations, this place has the most unprofessional, snobby, and rude mannered workers I have ever encountered. Not only can you blatantly tell that they don’t care about their customers or products but considering the hassle I already had with the jewelry itself walking into this store and being met with attitudes and excuses for why they couldn’t help with my order before I could even tell them what I was there for was an absolute joke. Go next door to Zales, they have better quality, prices, and customer service skills!
Super rude staff! I came here with my 2 daughters and they told me that I couldnt be next to them.... two per staff! In thinking... THESE ARE MY KIDS! I had to wait outside. Super ridiculous!

Picked up a cute charm bracelet for the wife on Christmas. The shoo is nice but the displays are a little weak. I was explaining to the sales person I wanted a specific charm I didnt see in the display case and when I showed a pic of the charm from my phone, they pulled one out from under the counter. Unless I had that discussion with the sales person I would of went on a hunt for it. My advice is to look on the web site first, then go in there and show them what you want. Its probably under the counter.

Great customer service by a lady named Martha, as soon as I walked in the store she greeted me and asked me if she could help me, I was honestly just looking but she showed me a necklace they had recently received and a beautiful ring I fell in love with both items and had to purchase them, I will definitely continue to shop at this location after my great experience today.

They are extremely slow. Some of the staff just talk while looking for things and get distracted from the customer. I had one guy who kept saying thr process of things and kept trying to get me to buy more things and after I said no, he got a attitude.
Walked in to purchase a couple charms for Christmas... Did a whole walk around the store and not once was I acknowledged or greeted. Had to ask for help to get any service. Horrible customer service, they were more concerned about their daily lives than helping a paying customer. Definitely wont be shopping here again.
Worst jewelry ever. I got my wife a rose gold ring and within a month turned her finger green. She never even got it wet ! Then I exchanged it for a silver ring and literally the next day turned her finger green. Completely disappointed.
Some of the staff was rude I ask for help and she walked away from me at the same time telling me she was with another customer didnt even look at me finally someone helped me after waiting 45 minutes and passing me up to help someone else the sales rep that finally did it end up having mercy on me was very helpful very nice I will definitely not be going back to that location

So I came here to return an item I purchased online from one of this stores affiliates, since it was listed as one option on the return packing slip. After waiting 12 minutes in line for a non paying customer to discuss her Christmas shopping plans with two of the four people working in the store, I was served. I stated the purpose of my business and before even looking at my receipt, the tall, very loud, female manager stated We cant return online purchases here.. I thought hmm... I know that I read well and I know what the return receipt in the original packaging I was holding said. I proceeded to share my receipt with the manager who had now squarely made it her business to clearly not help me, when she said Oh yes, you are able to return items here... I thought blah blah blah blah blah..(insert Charlie Brown nonsensical backpedaling here): Said manager walked away, turning her back to me. Then I opened the box of the item I was intending to return and the original sales girl helping me quizically stared at the item as if she had never seen real diamonds before. Said manager then looked over and before I could blink twice, she was again standing in my face and loudly saying Oh we cant return real diamonds here because we dont sell real diamonds. You have to go... (again, insert nonsensical backpedaling here). I left the store in utter disbelief of my experience in this store and I have vowed to never return or buy anything from this store or company again. Their customer service was indeed a Pandoraa Box experience for me...both bizarre and unprofessional. More like customer...no service! And that manager needs a good professional development series on serving customers from diverse backgrounds because she was laughing and all aglow discussing Christmas shopping plans with the previous customer who purchased nothing, but shared Said Managers ethnicity.
They had what I was looking for, but phone and in-person customer service was not very friendly.
Awful customer service. Recieved a bracelet for Christmas that was a tad too small so went in to exchange for the next size up. Eunise Gonzalez was just rude and refused to help. She had an attitude and didnt even attempt to find a bracelet that would fit. I dont know why they hire associates who are disrespectful to customers.
Stood at the counter by the front door and was not greeted by a single employee. Looked in the direction of every one of them. So ordered from Pandora at Mall of America while I stood there being ignored. This has not been the first time, but it will be the last time.
Customer service sucks. I walked around the store looking in every case for 20min and not one sale assistant acknowledged me. Finally one did, just to tell me to sign in. She then disappeared in the back for another 10min while I was left standing around again. I cannot just left.
