Love how they give out their ice cream the shape of a rose. Took my niece and my cousin here they were in love with the service and the ice cream of course. The puffles are so tasty and I got the churro puffle with your basic vanilla. It’s still good. This place is clean and the service is great

My first time there at Haven city and with so many options all around this was my 1st choice for dessert👍 and it did not disappoint staff member Jayden was really nice and friendly! Clean location with plenty of seating. I got the strawberry puffle and it was delicious and the kids loved there’s too 🤤 and it’s such a cool process on how they make the ice cream!!

Place is amazingly tasty but be ready to drop some coin! Cool set up inside the massive food court location off of Haven and Arrow Highway. Had to try the Puffle Cone and went with the wife’s favorite Mint w/ Chocolate Chip Icecream with Oreo crumbs for a topping. My one boy had the S’mores Icecream with a Puffle cone as well. Both flavors were rich and creamy! The puffle cone however is a difficult way to eat it as you can’t simply remove it from the cone holder as it’s soft and not one piece so it would just unroll and Icecream would be on your lap. It was enjoyable nonetheless. Will be going again. Just not sure how soon since it’s 30 minutes away and an expensive novelty Icecream joint.

Ice cream made to order! They have a good amount of flavors and toppings to pick from. Once you place your order they start making the ice cream right before your eyes. They also have a choice of regular cone, cup, or a puffle( bubble waffle cone). They can make the scoop in a shape of a flower if you would like. Price is decent, staff is friendly, and the place is very neat. I highly recommend.

Cauldron is our new favorite ice cream place! The ice cream tastes just like sweet flavored cream and its wonderful to watch them hand prepare your order. There is no prepackaged ice cream- its made to order every single time. Our favorite it cereal and milk (see pictures) with frosted flakes at the bottom of the cup and on the top sides...so good! We also tried rose flavored ice cream (the pink one) which literally tasted like a mouth full of rose water...it was so good! We took our ice cream outside the food court and sat in the sun for awhile while talking and eating...love this place! I like that you can customize your flavor of ice cream but, you cant combine 2 flavors in one cup for whatever reason...but that didnt deter any of my family members lol they just ordered two separate single scoops of different flavors. You can however have 2 scoops of the same flavor in one cup. Its also so fun to watch your order being made with nitrogen technology! And it gets better! WANT TO ELEVATE YOUR CAULDRON EXPERIENCE? They also sell real waffle cones made out of your choice of red velvet, plain or cinnamon sugar flavors and waffle mix for you to add your favorite ice cream flavor to!Parking is plentiful including handicapped parking but its so busy at the food court - always - so you may have to park further than you want to. Cauldron is located closer to the corner of Haven and Arrow Route or to you right in the building when facing the main front doors of the food court. A little more hyped then they should be. It also isnt crazy delicious or different. In my opinion its smooth ice cream with a pancake like cone, know as a puffle. The service was normal and they shape the ice cream into a flower for free, so that was nice!

I got the earl grey lavender ice cream with a puff and it was sooo good! The ice cream was unbelievably smooth and creamy. The flavor was really good and I liked that the puff was warm. The cute flower shape was pretty too!Edit: I came back a couple weeks later and got the Sun Moon and Stars ice cream and it was also reallllly good!

Ice cream is really good and so is the puffle. But, its always under staffed, machines always broken and employees have a bad attitude.

Nice place inside of the Haven City Market. It was fun to watch they make the ice-cream right in front of you. We ordered the chocolate ice-cream with egg puffle. Ice-cream is very creamy but not too sweet. The egg puffle is a little cold I think not as fresh as the ice cream. We loved it and will go back again

Worst place ever, every single time I go the ice cream melts in seconds, leaves a huge mess, and they never have puffle cones…either their machine is broken or the workers decide not to serve them that day. Terrible

Website and google says open until 10. Was there a few minutes before 9 and they were still making orders, but told me they were closed. Ridiculous that I drove 30 minutes here just to be rudely told they closed more than an hour early?

The concept is great. My first experience with the young ladies that worked there was vastly different from the young men. They were all pleasant but the young men serving seemed to be a bit defensive when asked about serving portions. And they slightly over cooked my puffle cone. Other than that, great concept.

Have a sweet tooth? Cauldron can definitely satisfy it! Their one scoop is enough for 2...youve been warned.We tried the limited flavor of Strawbaby in a churro flavored Puffle cone and the Cauldron in a sugar cone. The Strawbaby tasted like strawberry Quik, which I LOVE! And the Puffle was delicious. The Cauldron is like cookies & cream but with cinnamon ice cream instead of vanila. Yummy. Give it a try.

The icecream is super thick and creamy and sweet, plus they give you a very large amount per scoop. The flavors range from common to unique. The earl grey tea and h2o rose are good but the best by far is sun, moon, and stars. Its also super fun to watch them make it.The only downside is it starts to melt extremely fast.

Honestly this has no taste idk why people rate it so high and its basic. No flavor,overpriced, bland, boring, and to over hyped.

Cauldron Ice Cream is an ice cream shop located in Haven City Market, Rancho Cucamonga. They make homemade, all-natural ice cream in small batches. They also rotate and create new flavors every quarter. We visited this place a couple of times. They have different flavors like PUMPKIN SPICE, SPECKLED VANILLA, MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP, DOUBLE SHOT CHOCOLATE, SEA SALTED CARAMEL CRUNCH, and so on. They serve the ice cream both on bowl and OG Puffle. Their ice cream is sweet and delicious. The price is also reasonable. The staff is polite and cooperative.
