Ordered two lightweight champion discs. Order process was simple and shipping was in the time frame expected. Discs were boxed which was a nice touch and they even managed to send them both in the same color. Overall good experience, I would recommend them to Innova buyers.

This is a great experience for disc golfers of any level. You get the choice of pretty much any disc that you want, like ordering online, only you have the convenience of getting to hold and try out the product before you buy it. They are only open on Fridays from 9-5, but if you spend 75$ or more, you get access to their pro playground with a speedometer and putting baskets. Along with the playground you also get a custom made innova shirt. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area.

Fantastic workers who offer great advice and will help you get the best bang for your buck through their Factory Second deals. I dont see any reason to buy discs elsewhere.

This company makes excellent products, but has by far, the worst customer service.I received a call from “Lucas” about the 3 orders (totaling over $500) I had placed with Innova earlier this week.He informed me that even though all 3 orders qualified individually for free shipping that they would need to charge me $65 in order to ship the orders in separate boxes.I confirmed with him that had I placed the orders on separate days then they would’ve been shipped out in three shipments, all at no extra cost to me since they were over the $75 threshold (qualifies for free shipping) but because they have 3 orders going to the same location that were ordered on the same day, they now refuse to honor their free shipping claim.I asked Lucas if it was possible to box the orders individually, and then put all of the individual orders into one large box and send it as one shipment.He told me that was not an option, for some unspecified reasoning, and that my only two options were to pay the $65 shipping or have the orders refunded.This is unacceptable.I’m guessing INNOVA is overwhelmed with orders these days, as are all Disc Golf manufacturers.They seem to think that is a good enough excuse to abandon all hopes of decent customer service or accommodating a special request.I would recommend finding another manufacturer such as Discraft or Dynamic Discs, if you have any plans for large custom orders.INNOVA will not be able to and/or will not be willing to help you in ANY way.Thanks for nothing Lucas!

Availability isnt listed in innovadisc.com website, so you get your hopes up on a disc and then its not available. Selection wasnt all that great, I am assuming its because its spring and after the pandemic, so you cant fault them for that. Also one last little thing, the website couldnt differentiate from shipping and billing addresses, it used the same for both no matter what I did when I was trying to set up my account. Luckily you can change this in the order confirmation as long as you didnt save the info in your account and just left it blank.

I made my order on a Sunday, got my discs on Wednesday! I was very impressed by how quick everything went. I usually do not like ordering discs online but this experience made me feel a lot better about it!

Rep on the phone failed to mention they are only open on Fridays when she called on a MONDAY telling me to come pick it up at any time. Drove from LA to pick up my disc on Thursday. Blew half a tank on gas and now I have to go back or pay half the price of my disc to get it shipped ...

Today was my first time visiting the Innova Pro Shop. It was awesome. I ordered online prior to arriving at Innova. I used the code from @innovaproshop on Twitter that got me a free champion panther! When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. The guys were super cool. Made me feel like I was important. My order was packed and waiting for me. Great experience. I will be a loyal customer after today. And I forgot to mention the show room is epic. Great company.

The single worst buying experience I have had in disc golf. They do not even post the items you pay for until a month has passed. I am in utter dismay at the complete and utter lack of service, and even more astounded at the total lack of care for their customers. I paid for items over a month ago, and they have only just been posted according to tracking, yet I paid nearly as much for postage as I did for the discs themselves.Worst service in history. Do not buy online from this factory store if you want to see what you purchased inside 2 months....and no. I have still not received what I purchased.

Great store, First salesman was extremely helpful, he helped us 80% of the way, second salesman made a joke about us washing the dishes in lieu of the discs we bought when we were trying to get a credit card to work. It was a bit unprofessional in my opinion but not enough reason to not be back and catch great deals.

I made a 13 disc purchase from the factory website which was awesome because not only can you buy premium plastic for less than full cost but you also get a 20% discount when you buy 10+ discs. This was my first time buying from here so I was concerned about the weight of the discs I would get because I am very particular about disc weight. The site allows you to choose a range of weight but not the exact weight. I requested the exact weights in my order comments and they accommodated me completely. I highly recommend the innova factory store. A+ for my first experience.

When in the area on a trip I stopped into the pro-shop. The staff were really nice and helpful. I ended up with some of my best discs (mostly factory seconds). Its worth a visit. Before arriving I recommend going online, creating an account, and filling up your virtual cart with desired discs. Then at the store its easier to finalize your cart while looking at actual discs.

New review: I placed an order Friday evening before Memorial Day. I didnt expect my order to ship until Tuesday (today) because of the holiday, but I checked the tracking and found that it will be delivered today! They must have gotten it packaged up and ready on Saturday and got it sent out right away. Thank you to the crew at Innova for being so dedicated and on top of things.I couldnt be happier with my experience with the Innova Factory Store and their employees. I asked if I could have a buddy who is visiting family for the holidays nearby pick up an order that I placed online, and they happily obliged my request, in addition to fulfilling my specific disc requests left in the comment section of my online order. Their factory second prices and quality are unbeatable, and their customer service as well.

If you enjoy being judged by people for not buying anything, then this is the store for you! Chris was polite and talkative up until I decided not to make a purchase, then he became standoffish. Bathrooms smelt like cat piss and had several dead roaches, as well as in the hallway near it. Clearly all they care about money. Never purchasing from the company again!

The factory store is open to the public on Fridays, otherwise you can always order online and have it shipped to you. The staff are more knowledgeable than a normal disc golf retail store, often times competing at the pro level, so its nice to get their insight on the different disc molds.

I wish they had a retail location or offered tours of the factory. I love disc golf and was really looking forward to the experience on a recent trip to southern California. That said, I was impressed by their hospitality and customer service.

I returned the call, worked out that some the discs in the weights that I ordered were a color that wasnt in my first top preferences. Since these were shorter range discs, I was ok with that. 2 days after the call I see the package is already out for delivery today from the tracking info. FANTASTIC! Perfectly done! Much better to have the option to switch things up BEFORE they go out the door if the options dont jive with our noted preferences. =Comments below shortened due to char limit=Update from August 29, 2017 (5 stars for Chris B!!!): To my sheer delight and amazement, The Innova Discs Factory Store has found a way to make things right with my entire account. While the awesomeness it did take over an entire week, I have completely changed my opinion of the service. I wrote an email explaining how my requests for bright colors was not honored for a large portion of my order (again) and received a phone call that I was unable to answer from Chris B who left a message stating that he was going to try to work with me for getting some better colors. I adjusted 5 star rating is more for Chris B. and his commitment to EXCELLENT customer service. The email support was rather awful, but Chris has virtually single-handedly retained me as a customer and hes done an amazing job with helping make things right. Thanks Chris! You represent your company IMPRESSIVELY well!Update from August 16, 2017 (1 star, again): I called about this issue later, as I had already started to put together another order, told all my DG friends about the site, got them on-board with ordering larger quantities together so get deeper discounts on Factory 2nds. I WANT to give more than 1 star, but we have spent a considerable amount of money at this site now and 2/3rd of the time weve had issues with the order and little to no sense of passion to please through email support when things go awry.Original Post (1 star): While the prices are great on the Factory Second Discs with the bulk discounts and the Rewards Points concept is cool, the service through this site is NOT awesome. I explained the situation through email to the singular email address the site uses only to be told that they would not credit me the Rewards Points with my account that I created using the same email address. I responded to the nope email that I got with an explanation of what happened and never got a response back. Most expensive disc came in the wrong weight. I emailed the wrong weight I ordered and was completely ignored. Not cool. At all. Also, I received a lot of VERY dark colors for most of the F2s ordered.

Great deal on factory seconds, offer 20% discount on small orders, plus free shipping on orders over $75, they throw just like regular discs but may be discolored. I got a stack of drivers and putters for practice, will be pickup up more soon.

Never ordering from here again. They mess up an order and then want their customers to pay for the return shipping. Eric laughed at me on the phone when I expected them to pay for their mistake. They dont care about their customers once they have your money. Never going here again.
