I’m a new golfer and I felt a little out of my element going to a golf store to check out some clubs and take some test shots. I met Frank and he really made me feel comfortable. He went through my shot with me without making me feel pressured to buy something. He basically fitted me and gave me good tips to get better. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at a golf shop and hitting in front of a simulator. Thanks Frank, I appreciate it! Definitely be back soon!

EXCELLENT Customer Service.Very Welcoming & Friendly!!! I enjoy shopping here, they have many HIDDEN GEMS. I like to go weekly and see their used selection. I found some very awesome Irons & Wood in great condition. Did I mention They have EXCELLENT Customer Service. Go Check them out. You might just find a Golden Nugget!

Drove from Barstow to visit this site and truly glad that I did. I was assisted by a younger female named Courtney, I pray that I have her correct name, and she was nothing short of spectacular! She didn’t rush me, she gave me numerous options to try out, set up the screen for me all while in short giving me a mini lesson. I did end up purchasing a set of clubs not because I really needed them, however they were inexpensively priced, what was recommended and the fact that Courtney was SINCERELY attempting to help me out. Overall I had a great experience!

Store was clean and well organized. But the only employee who asked me if I needed help seemed like he wanted to get rid of me. He gave me short answers that were contradicted by an employee at a different Ryan Dunn golf store. I felt like he was not really interested in helping me. I am a brand new golfer and need genuine guidance getting started.

Adam is super knowledgeable and does FANTASTIC work. NEVER any issues.

They are not pushy, or judgemental in any way. They help you when you need it, and leave you alone to think when you need to. My only problem with them is they dont have any magic clubs. Ive had other Pro shops actually try to sell me magic clubs. But for some reason they are never on SALE! I love ROGER DUNNS.

Employee #21690 tried to sell me different wedges by bringing different ones to the register than the ones I ordered! I handed him 3 demo wedges that I tested and requested the exact same wedges but brand new ones... he assured me they were the exact same and argued with me about it... I told him that the 56° and 60° wedges were both supposed to be 12°bounce... he said, no they werent and that he matched them up perfectly... when we went back and double checked, I was correct! He was trying to stick me with 2 different kind of wedges and he got caught! He was also mad at me for not wearing a mask because I left it in the car and he ordered me to go get it... he was extremely rude about it and I have about had it with this mask BS... I have a medical exemption and I was being harrased by Rodger Dunn Employee!

Extremely helpful staff. First time ever in a golf shop and I don’t know a thing about golf. But I was buying a gift for my son and thank for the staffs patients and knowledge.

Clerks not very attentive to their customers when checking out.Three clerks, no one in line, took 3 minutes before one helped me.

I come here for the used club selection, which is normally very wide and I always find what Im looking for here whether its accessories, apparel, grips, adjustments or using the indoor range to test a different club loft or adjustments.

Just love this golf shop. They have a great variety of equipment that will suit golfers of all skill levels and economic levels. Most importantly, they have a great staff who will bend over backwards to help you get what youre looking for. I wish there was a RD Golf Shop in Vegas...

The Rancho Cucamonga store advertised they were going to open on Friday May 1st, the Customer Service also told me in an email that they would be open. We went and waited over a half hour to see if we had wrong time. No they did not open! They could at least put a recording on their phone line. It made me mad. I went all’s the way up there I live about 20 miles away.

The staff was very helpful in ordering me a new set of irons!

Bought some golf balls and asked them about new grips for my clubs. They had them done in an hour. Golf galaxy said they could have them done Monday earliest (3 days later).... and 50 cents more per grip..... Dunn got it done!!! Great service! Thanks!!!
