If you ever want an example of bad customer service, this is the place to go to. An error with the order? Sorry, you have to accept it. Good ice cream, but awful customer service. This was on Labor Day around 5:30pm. Totally turned me off to the brandIn case management wants to know who it was, it was not the tall guy, but the other shorter one. Rarely, write reviews but my girlfriend were totally disappointed with the lack of friendliness and courtesy.

Such great times to be had here! The employees are always so happy and friendly. They are always so attentive and helpful even when the line seems overwhelming! There are so many selections and combinations for everyone in large or small groups to be satisfied. The names are always good for a chuckle too. Great quality ice cream in a nice location with ample seating outside so you can enjoy the ambiance or the location.

Came on Friday night before close. I wish I remembered the name of the associate who helped us! Im only making this review for him. As someone who has struggled really hard this year with metal health problems, your associate made me feel more calm in a public place then Ive felt in months. As crazy as that sounds I just wanted to give him recognition for his joyous attitude and personality that showed even with a mask on. I just wanted him to know how much I appreciated his positive vibes.

We waited patiently outside and went in when others came out, only to be told to go outside in a very loud, rude voice. Eventually we were allowed to enter by way of wave. So we entered, and were told immediately to walk forward ( in a very military stern sounding voice) so we did ( I had three young children with me). Soon I started feeling like maybe I didnt even want to order. This is an ice cream shop. Its supposed to be warm and welcoming. I ordered for my kids and by the time it was my turn to order I felt very uncomfortable and decided to get out as soon as possible. I paid my 30 bucks ( for three cones) and left, very quickly.

They created a great ice cream cake for our daughter! Very easy to deal with!

It’s summer in the desert. I’d call before showing up. When I arrived shortly after Noon, (the time stated in this site as their opening time) sign on door said “Sorry, We Are Closed”. Irritated. Waste of Time. This listing needs to reflect accurate hours.

I love this place. I mean, its Ben and Jerrys. Despite the gimmicks found at many of the other ice cream places in the valley, you really have a hard time beating the quality and flavor of Ben and Jerrys ice cream. The only down side to this place is also the up side - Its convenient if youre already at The River for dinner or a movie or something else, but if you just want to stop by and get a quick ice cream, you have to park and make your way over to the place, which on a busy night can be be a bit of a process and take a little longer than you would prefer. Still, totally worth it. :-)

Ben & Jerry’s, what’s not to love? The staff always has smiling faces and are very enthusiastic. You cannot find better ice cream or service in the area.

$13.50 for two single scoops with a sugar cone. Prices have gone up since I last visited Ben & Jerrys. Pre-packed pints used to be $3.50, now they are almost double. I shoulda gotten a big waffle cone for $6.50 and asked for a cup to split with my son. Was surprised how much I paid for two singles. Poor value. Ice cream tasted good, but not $13.50 worth.
