Popped in for some treats. A little hard to find - you have to take the little road behind Hobby Lobby. Apparently more for manufacturing with a little sales desk and tables. Cool place with lots of vintage photos. Sales lady was very nice.

Best toffee and milkshakes in the world. The only downside is that it is not everywhere in the United States.

Brandini makes the best toffee! It is brittle and very tasty. Also it never hurts your teeth like other cheaper toffee brands. I highly recommend brandini for a great dessert!

Best almond toffee ever !!! It’s not so hard and brittle that it’s hard to bite and sticks to your teeth . It’s actually like creamy when you bite into to . I probably would have never gone into the store, however when walking around town in Palm Springs I was offered a sample and I tried it and fell in love . Had to buy some . My husband said the cute tins would make great Christmas gifts for friends.

He provided so much interesting background information on how the company got started and how it has grown over the years. Still family owned and operated with a quality product. Went on a tour of the factory, with Claudia. Very knowledgeable about the history and process of making toffee (yum), toffee with popcorn, and drizzled with chocolate (delicious and fresh). Free tour with samples. The owner was also there. Nice family tour. Before you leave, you must try the vanilla toffee milkshake.

I feel it necessary to submit a review of this company after being a loyal customer for a few years. I have purchased their toffee and other items for years as gifts, this year for christmas was no different, I purchased a large order, one of the items received tasted bad and I tried to reach out to the company on multiple occasions and still have not received any response. Seems a company that shows so much pride in their product should take efforts to make things right when an issue occurs. Many customers will be lost, I noticed the same type of comments on the companies FB page that no customer service responses or assistance.

Yvette set up a candy bar at my fundraiser for the Tallahassee program at Childrens Hospital Oakland The Evening Under the Stars at Cabot Space and Science Center. The Rancho Mirage, CA Candy Bar was the highlight of the night. EVERYONE raved about it - from guests to staff, and it appealed to all ages. Yvette is professional, reliable and a genuinely kind person. She is so easy to work with and provided exceptional customer service. The candy was tasty, fresh and colorful and her homemade cake pops were out-of-this world delicious. If you want a great event to be a stellar event, then I would highly recommend the Palmas Candy Bar.

Very, very nice people work here. Tucked waaayyyy back behind Hobby Lobby. You wont think the directions are right. Very good toffee. I like it better than Enstroms, which, I know, is fighting word for some of you. But I think the desert air here helps with the perfect crisp/crumbly texture.

What an awesome experience I had at Brandini Toffee. I was able to photograph the production facility and the lobby area for Google. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. The production is pretty amazing.I was able to see the toffee being poured onto the cutting table straightfrom the mixing bowl. Great visual. It is hard to imagine how simpleingredients can be so good. I can see why the product is so popularand the company is so strong. Get some for yourself and you will seewhy too. Thanks Brandon!

I was drawn into the Cabazon outlet of Brandini Toffee by one of the personable staff (Rhonda) handing out samples; good hook and profile for your store which I might not have noticed otherwise. Staff members, Rhonda and Nick, were excellent: warm & welcoming and serving up brilliant toffee and toffee milkshakes. Superb!

Worst place I ever worked. Management is inexperienced and not caring. I am beyond glad I no longer have to work in this place. They definitely play favorites, and I felt discriminated against at times working there just an awful feeling. I would provide zero stars if I could.

On Saturday, Dec. 10, I placed an $!68 order in person at the factory store in Rancho Mirage for delivery to NYC. I specifically picked merchanIse that was pre-packaged. I was told that it would arrive in 3-4 days by the person who took the order. Today, Dec 19, I found out that the order had not arrive. Because I was out of town, I called the factory to check the status of my order. My order had not been shipped--9 DAYS LATER. The woman with whom I spoke said, Thats the way it is. If you dont like our candy, lots of other people do. She did not offer an resolution or money back. She did not offer an apology or indicate any concern for my situation. I think the candy is good, but they should be put out of business for their customer service.
