This is a great location with a convenient drive through. They also make delicious drinks more consistently than other drive through locations! They were swamped over the mass shutdowns in 2020 being one of the only essential businesses & still managed to make great drinks with the consistent traffic! Store is always clean and staff is very easy to communicate with. After reading the reviews I thought the feedback from the “Starbucks” app might help others understand that the shortage of product is company wide & not the fault of the store employees.

Great service, drinks were well made not too crowded. Nice atmosphere.

Received an incomplete order for the very berry hibiscus... Didnt have the berries and tasted bland like sugar water... Need to restock if its a busy local. Im not satisfied with the lack of quality.

Staff always pleasant. And I tried chai latte first time...needed the coolness it provided that afternoon! 😉👍

Best experience Ive had today,I order 3 coffees and by mistake one of them was a grande instead of venti and Megan at front offered to upgrade my drink at no charge she is very friendly and gives outstanding customer service so satisfied with this starbucks location 😀 😊.

Very warm and inviting dining area, with a lot of natural light and wood fixtures really makes it apleasant experience. The place was busy, as is typical for the time of day, but the staff was still friendly and efficient.For me what really stood out was the care and attention each guest was given. They truly gave genuine service to each guest with a smile.If I did not live so far away, this would be my Starbucks of choice.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The consumer has been trained to expect a certain kind of experience and Starbucks delivers. Is it wonderful? No. Its fine. And sometimes fine is...fine.

Not a huge coffee fan and i ordered an expresso not really knowing what i had ordered. I ended up not liking it and I asked one of the workers there named Grant if i could get something else and was really helpful and patient with me. Great customer service.

Great job on the design, finally someone is thinking!! It is nice, not to go through the drive thru that has East morning sun beaming at them. The location couldnt any better for travelers. Staff is very friendly. I order thru Google Asst. at home and it is ready in the 4 minutes it takes me to get there. They dont mind if i pick it up while Im still in my car but i usually go in. My new favorite Starbucks

My Nitro Cold Brew tasted delicious, but the store unfortunately was not picked up. But I still loved my coffee and the employees were super friendly!

This Starbucks is well located in a strip mall that is easy to access. Lots of parking is available and the drive through is also smooth to use. Inside there is a variety of seat options with lots of plug ins. Great experience.

Great consistent Starbucks and a great place to get work done as well. They have a large variety of seating options from bars, high tops, low tops, to single comfortable chairs and even 8 tables outside, 6 total tables to sear 2 and 2 total tables that seat 4. Great location, great employees, great Starbucks.

A favorite. Perfectly positioned when traveling through the valley.Directly across from shopping and food and theater makes this a super convenient bucks to visit.Service is quick and busy on the weekends but the staff manages to move it along quickly im never in line longer than needed.

I walked in and parked my car. Only because I wanted tomake sure only one shot of coffee. This Starbucks was clean, busy but did not wait at all. There were two cashiers. Then someone else that called my name made sure I received my order. Very up beat and enthusiasm in the air from all the staff.

Its sucks. They close early for No Reason

The rating is simply for the lag in updating their app to reflect accurate lobby hours. Went in expecting lobby to be open but they asked us to exit after we got our drinks as they were closing despite the app stating lobby open until 8pm. Disappointing. Also didnt have some selections of nitro or cold brews we were looking for.

Convenient location. Friendly personnel. Service is always a bit too slow, probably because of distractions in the drive-thru.

Drive thru experience today not good. Distracted drive thru employees had to ask again what the drink order was and it came out wrong. Worst tasting coffee Ive had at Starbucks. On the fwy, tried calling to advise them, no one picked up.

Super friendly staff. This location is crazy busy so dont be surprised if it takes almost ten minutes to get your order.

Bring back Starbucks @ The River. This one is so poor by comparison. The coffee is inconsistent, the staff always seem rushed and angry. God forbid you should criticize a drink they have made, frosty looks and bad tempers abound. Not sure why this one is so bad when the one across the street had friendly staff and they cared about making great coffee. If you can be bothered, the new one on Varner Rd and Bob Hope in Thousand Palms is excellent.

Havent actually used the drive-thru, but the inside is fantastic. Friendly, quick staff, nice seating areas and lots of options on what to buy, both as consumables and reusable goods. Parking can be a bit tricky to navigate. The drive-thru always has cars in it, so they must be doing something right.

Always friendly... Ive been to countless Starbucks from Colorado to southern California and this one has got to be one of the best if not the best yet!!!

The drive-thru line is a nightmare and parking is difficult due to the popularity of several businesses. However, the employees are alw as us friendly and efficient.

My husband and I go to this Starbucks almost every night. It’s brand new and we thought we would give them our business. We go to The Agua Caliente Casino and on the way home we stop by this Starbucks. I always order the same kind of drink. A hot venti white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle. I usually order 3 or 4 of the same drink. Anyways I ordered 3 tonite and 2 panninis. My total came to $31.05. Tonite the same 2 girls were working that aren’t very nice and always make my order wrong. But I ordered anyways and asked if they put caramel drizzle in my drink. She said yes. I gave her a $2.00 tip and left. I took a sip of my drink and no caramel drizzle. I don’t know why these 2 girls have such a bad attitude but they do. The other employees are all very nice and always make my drinks perfect. I don’t like the drink without the caramel drizzle. I get right on the freeway after I leave Starbucks and I live an hour away so I can’t turn around and take it back. So very frustrated with these 2 girls. They are not friendly at all. I feel like they do it on purpose. Because they have done it every time and they seem to just have a bad attitude toward me. The extra drinks I order I bring them home to family. So we’re all disappointed. I know that one of the girls name is Jordan. So Jordan I’d like to know why you and your fellow employee do this every time I order with you? I wish I knew when they were working because I don’t want to go there when they are working.
