This is my go-to lighting store for the past 6 years. I used to sometimes be frustrated at Lamps Plus because the quality of sales staff varied significantly but now I ask for Cynthia and I get fantastic service. Shes friendly and knowledgeable and tracks down the information I need to make an informed purchase. The prices are reasonable so I can replace lighting regularly to keep up with trends. The stores return policies have improved so Im not afraid of getting stuck with something that isnt quite right. I like this store...ask for Cynthia

My husband and I have been satisfied customers of Lamps Plus for about 28 years, furnishing two different houses. We have been happy with their customer service and the quality of their merchandise. We have bought lamps, ceiling fans and lights, chandeliers, sconces, chandeliers, mirrors and other decorator items. I would recommend looking at their website in addition to their in-store merchandise because there is much more available there than in the stores.

I was happy to find several lamps and chandeliers that look amazing and were priced reasonable compared to others. When they have a sale my husband insists that we look which mean buy in my book. We have also ordered a gorgeous mirrored table from them and it is by far the most solid and heavy duty end table we have.

I was happy to find this store while on the trip and I had a good experience with shopping. Thank you for your excellent service and friendly relationship.

What a terrific experience both online and in the store. I called the store to make sure they had a wide enough selection of ceiling fans to look at before I ventured out. I got a representative named Maricela on the phone. She was amazing, so much so, she took time to search both in the store and online while I discussed my requirements for 2 ceiling fans for 2 bedrooms. I was so impressed with her helpfulness that I decided to go to the store in person . Bottom line Maricela was a great sales person, a pleasure to work with and we looked at different fans online and in the store. I eventually after looking and testing purchased 2 very nice quality high end fans. Now I am so excited cant wait to have them installed. The 52 inch Monte Carlo clarity brushed steel hugger ceiling fans are so modern and beautiful and the price was more than competitive. I have done my research now for weeks Lamps Plus cant beat their quality and customer service .

Perfect experience, Went to replace a lamp shade & found it right away. Then bought a new lightbulb for reading, came home put the bulb in, lamp shade & back in business.staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Store was busy however nice to see everyone was following Corona regulations !

Went in yesterday to look at a new bathroom lighting fixture. Was having no luck in finding replacement bulbs for my old one that were bright enough. When I explained to the sales agent why I was shopping, he asked me further about my old fixture. There was one on display there, so he understood my problem. He then said that they had brighter bulbs in stock and showed me how to install them. He saved me over $100 and the installation costs by giving me a very viable alternative. I put in the new bulbs and theyre perfect. This isnt my first time shopping at the store--and it wont be the last!

My hubby and I live in Los Angeles. When in town, and we are in need of something for our L A. home or Cathedral City vaca condo, we pop in and Paola can help us figure out the right lighting/fans. We enjoy collaborating with her.

I like LampsPlus. The store and the staff offer a pleasant experience, and I like the look of products. That said, after just receiving my latest purchase of table lamp/shades, I have to say how unhappy I am with the difficulty in properly seating lamp shades on LampsPlus table lamps. This isnt a one-time experience. Ive purchased 6-8 table lamps from LP over the years and found that every one of them takes much too long to make sit straight on the lamp. Tugging, pushing, pulling, pressing one way and another on the harp, screwing the finial on loosely and tightly, the shades are always crooked from some angle. I end up turning the lamp around to try and hide the shades crookedness as much as possible. The simple task of putting a shade on a llamp becomes a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Good place for what it sells

One of the few places around where you can find the exact fixture or lamp you are looking for. Think a Tiffany version of the Home Depot lighting selection. Some furniture too.

I highly recommend Lamps Plus, they went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service, especially Cynthia Diaz. I had a glass lamp shade that was discontinued and sent to the store by accident. Cynthia stopped in her busy day to ship the glass lamp shade for my ceiling fan at no additional costs. Talk about FANTASTIC Customer Service!!!We want to personally give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Lamps Plus in Rancho Mirage for SUPERIOR Customer Service. In the past we have always purchased out fans & lighting there and the sales people are great. However, we purchased 2 new fans for our kitchen & had a problem with the remote controls (it was a programming problem not merchandise). They were so helpful and accommodating and all is taken care of!Need lighting or ceiling fans...this is the place:

Very nice store, lots of great stuff, and, best of all, great, experienced sales staff. Sebrina was excellent in helping us to pick out the best option for LED spot lights. Easy to get in and out quickly. The store is on the south side of Hwy 111. If you are going East, you can turn left at either of the two intersections to park behind the store. This is always a good place to go.

Our coach lamps needed replacing outside our garage and we wanted something that made a statement of quality and elegance. Lamps plus did not disappoint! Their prices are fair and the service is exceptional. If you are looking for quality light fixtures, this is the place. No junky, cheap stuff here and you will love the prices.

Had not been into Lamps Plus before and was pleasantly surprised. They had lamps and lighting for all different budgets and were very hopeful in helping us find exactly the right lamps for our den and bedroom. Whats even better is when you purchase light bulbs from them they come with a warranty. Very cool with the price of light bulbs being so expensive these days.

Horrible customer service and the salesperson was informative and extremely unhelpful. I ended up ordering light bulbs online from another retailer.

Nice stuff a little expense I thought for my taste

Went there to pick up a picture light and the team was great. Very helpful and you sometimes forget what youre missing when you do too much online shopping. We ended up going in a totally different direction and saving quite a bit of money.

The people I have dealt with are/were fantastic. Prices might be a little more then buying a lite at Walmart or Target, etc... but there are,so many more styles to pick from and the service is top rated.
