I do not know what to do and this is my last attempt to resolve it prior taking this business to court and going to State Bureau of Auto Repair asking to start the investigation on this shady shop. Everything that I paid for and I paid a lot of money was done very poorly or not done at all: paint is peeling in multiple spots, paint drips and drops everywhere, the window is not closing and panel is torn, parts attached poorly and front light is not secured, damage left after repairs. I am posting the photos after the work done by Karim on my Highlander, it dragged for months, numerous lies and rudeness, I have no time to keep dealing with this nasty place. His wife tried to be nice but obviously its her husbands shop (at least in reality, the license goes by her name) but he was absolutely non-responsive and very rude. In addition to the photos describing the issue, Karim was supposed to fix the tire sensor issue and never did. I gave him a fair chance to resolve it and called and made and appointment to go over the issues, but he never showed up and not even called to appologize. I left the papers with these photos with his wife last Tuesday and she ensured me that Karim would call to take care of it, but its already Saturday and no phone call. Let the small claims court deal with it then and the state Bureau do their investigation

I love this location, I have been coming here for two years now. They did an amazing job on my 180K maintenance two years ago and today they worked on the alternator and did an amazing job yet again. They work quickly and treat you as family! Always the best deal in town.

The owner Karim is terrible at communication, something thats not helped out by the fact that English isnt his first language. Ill save you the details of what happened but miscommunication in the form of lying about the nature of my mechanical and how they charge people happened, leading me to take my car back without them working on it. And Karim even had the audacity to charge me way too much for taking the car in (something he didnt communicate well) and have a sour attitude when I did take my car back. A headache-inducing experience overall. Avoid this shady joint.

Went to this place to check a car that I was going to buy. The guy reported shallow problems as shocks or brakes, but didnt check the engine and transmission properly. Bought the car after checking the report with only shallow problems being reported, to discover later that the transmission has a problem. Other mechanics were able to catch the issue quickly. I am not sure how a problem like this can be ignored by the mechanic. Charged me 50$ for inaccurate service. In addition, the owner is not responsive at all when talking to him, and doesnt prefer to answer/give recommendation. He just takes the money and gives the report. No additional chats/questions. I didnt feel comfortable dealing with him. Took my car to another mechanic after I bought it and the mechanic discovered many other issues. I dont recommend this place at all.

Karim and his mechanics give great service. Theyre always done on time with an affordable price and theyre trustworthy. I wont go anywhere else for my auto care. I know that they have a lot of repeat business. At their old location, they were always busy. Now, theyre at a new location. I dont know if theyre as busy as they were before....but they should be.

I went to this workshop only to change the shock absorbers to my 2011 Jeep Cherokee when they gave me my car, it brought a very annoying noise to what the mechanics told me it would be another piece in bad condition and the repair cost 700 dollars and they also told me that my car He had a very large antifreeze leak when he didnt have that before taking him to that workshop. and the repair cost 680 dollars, check with other mechanics and they told me that the noise of the suspension was a piece that costs 30 dollars and the leakage of a freeze turned out to be a loose hose the mechanic that charged 120 dollars. for repairing these problems that resulted in taking my car to this workshop. please avoid leaving your cars to this workshop the mechanics and the owner are not honest. and they dont validate your work guarantee

Awesome service!I have a BMW Activehybrid 7 series. My TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) had a malfunction. I did not want another $500.00 bill at the dealer so I tried Advanced Auto Center. Not only did they save me money, they repaired the malfunction in the original estimated completion time. Tell all your BMW friends that these guys are technical, trustworthy and friendly!They just acquired another customer!

I have taken my 3 cars to Karim’s auto and upholstery center for more than 20 years for all kinds of repairs. His technicians can repair anything. Work is of the highest quality and prices are reasonable. You can expect honesty and integrity from Karim and his technicians and all work is guaranteed.

My break lights came on so I stopped by Advanced Auto Center and Karim examined my car and knew it was my two front breaks within seconds. The service was extremely fast and everyone was so friendly with great prices. Definitely going back to them for any car problems!

Karim painted the wheels on my 06 Mazda mx5 I specifically asked him to remove tires sand then clean prime paint and clear and balance wheels.he did not use clear on wheels I waited 5 days then went to car wash after car wash the paint discolored I took car back and he said he did not use clear like I asked.he blamed it on the paint.so he supposedly repeated it again.i showed up and wheels looked terrible I asked karim if he took tires off wheels before painting them he said no he did not because he did not want to balance tires again so there is paint on tires and paint looks terrible the only reason I trusted him to paint wheels is because Jimmy told me karim has 30 years experience in auto paint. I paid $320 including new center caps for a terrible paint job that i am stuck with i paid cash if i had wrote a check i would stop payment on that check.I do not recommended this place to anyone.my girlfriend went in the other day for an oil change and tire rotation they pull the car around and a hub cap was not on her car and no oil change sticker on windshield again do not take your car here you will be sorry.now she thinks they didnt install full synthetic oil that she paid extra for. we do not recommended this place to anyone.

I have been going to Karim for many years to have repairs done to my cars.He does excellent work and is very pleasant to deal with..He even came to my home,at no charge,to look at one of the cars to diagnose what the problem was.I highly recommend him for any repairs you need done.
