Good people, great customer service. Like u said in the past you must know what you want and do your research before buying or leasing.

The technician did not remove thier dirty gloves off when they were working on to service my car and they put a few dirty prints by the side of my roof top inside my car and the fabric is ruined. This has happened for the second time and tried asking them to get it removed but no detailing people were there at that time. So I would need to get an appointment again. Please be careful before driving back home and check everything specially your roof. Because this shouldnt have happened in first place. My car is a brand new Toyota Corolla and I just bought the car. I really just wanted to keep the car clean and still keep it brand new. Now I just have to live with it if the oily color does not go away even when they do detail it. :-(
