I have noticed trans issues in my 2016 Explorer since I got it. I have taken to a total of 4 ford service centers. The first three dismissed my concern and said it was just a computer issue and reset the computer. The tech here Finally agreed with me the issue appeared to be more significant. He pulled out the trans, identified a host of problems, replaced all of the damaged parts and rebuilt, and its running perfectly now. I am so glad to have found them with just 500 miles left on my warranty. Not to mention the complete brake job that they did for a very competitive price and the brakes work great. Top notch service, will never take my car anywhere else.
This is for the Fleet repair center. We are on the road and from out of state. Made an appointment and the folks here really went out of their way to be accommodating. They diagnosed and repaired, working hard to get it all done in one day at a reasonable price. Its hard not to feel vulnerable from out of state seeking car repair, but the professionalism was so high. Special shout out and thanks to Dan at the desk and Kyle the mechanic- thanks again for getting our camper van safely on the road.
I have stopped in several times just to look at the new models of Ford cars. The sales people are not pushy, they were friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to walk around look at the new cars with someone who was knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the different cars and explain the good aspects of each model.
Our go to shop for our south county fleet. Paul is great to work with and heres why: He will pickup and deliver trucks to and from our locations in the area. Communication is on point - hes available whenever we need him by phone, text or email. Honest diagnosis, he wont try to sell us anything we dont need, but will let us know if and when its necessary to repair an issue before it leads to massive costs down the line. Turn around is quick - its important trucks are fixed fast and done right the first time and Paul understands that everyday our trucks are off the road, were losing revenue. Lastly, and probably most important, price point for parts and labor is fair.
I have brought a company vehicle to this Ford fleet service center many time and always have had issues, the first time I noticed the technician who worked on my vehicle didnt thuroughly check all my fluids and my windshield washer fluid was empty after I was told that they do check all fluids, then this last time I had an oil change, tire rotation and front brakes replaced and it took 6 hours for this service and I have worked in this field for several years in the past and know it doesnt take 6 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and front break pads..very unsatisfied with this service
I started taking my vehicles to this fleet dealer a few years ago. I have never been disappointed in the service, quality of work or delivery of promised work completion. So much so that I now not only take my ford vehicles but also my dodge trucks. Great service center, great customer service and management !
Very professional
Dan and his crew service our entire fleet and have for years! We always receive excellent and most importantly, timely service. Don’t hesitate to have work done here!
Seemed very professional and thoughtful over the phone. Really wanted to use them, but wont align my RV because its too old. Disappointing.
Great service from Paul. Will go again
Ugh.In all of my 45+ years of driving and varied vehicle types I cant recall an automotive repair experience this bad before.I had a simple warrantee issue on my F53 motorhome that tied up my coach for 4 weeks. The parts and repairs should have been simple and straightforward, nothing uncommon or onerous. However, the service writer was incapable of using his Ford dealer system to remedy the problems and instead lied about the warrantee coverage and his call to Ford and tried to extort thousands of dollars from us instead of legitimately repairing it under warrantee. It took 2 weeks just to get parts on order when they were needed regardless of whom was paying! The predominant attitude there is indifferent and dismissive and that is so infuriating when youve already been harmed by their continued lip-service and false promises.Totally frustrated, I had to appeal to Ford for their assistance and they were great, intervening and getting a higher level of Santa Margarita Fords management involved to oversee the eventual completion. The two things I dread most when at the mercy of an automotive dealership are dishonesty and incompetence and I got an over-abundance of both here.
