MADDY is a very young, rude employee. Looks like this is her first job and it shows. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers and has ZERO people skills. Makes the shopping experience not comfortable. She takes her minimum wage job too seriously and thinks she’s in charge. Bad choice in hiring her. Not going to return to the store and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends, family and coworkers to not go to the Santa marguerita store.

Nice place. Always been kind of pricey but love the different sales they have. Small store but well organized with lots of choices.

Clean location, friendly staff, and fully stocked. The team helped me find the best products and helped me figure out how to use the coupons I had. I really like coming to this location to stock up.

I am stocked up with smell good for a cool minute, Thanks to a great sale and wonderful rewards points. Every time I walk in the store it smells spectacular and I walk out smelling equally Magnificent. Aroma Therapy options are outstanding!

All I can say is wow we shop at bath and body works all the time but this place is at a whole new level of awful. Lets start off from the top the manager KRISTI was absolutely horrible and doesnt know what she is doing very rude I cant be live they let her work their. So we are shopping and a mother brings her little girl in to use the restroom because she was about to pee her self and their was no where else open she said no Im not losing my job over a little kid her words exactly.then we get some stuff that are on sale specifically buy 3 get three for the mens stuff as it was labeled then she says no its not on that sale ..... so I go online and what do you know it is on sale for that price and I show her and she says its wrong on the website ....

Sara was an amazing sales associate, she made mothers day gift shopping a breeze. The candles are on sale and the new summer themed merchandise is so appealing! Will return for sure!

Never order online. Terrible online customer service. Took 3 weeks to get my order. When I complained on how long it was taking I was emailed a survey on how I liked my products, but I hadnt received the products yet to be able to review them!
