Ive literally been a Walgreens customer for over a decade and this has been the rudest, most unhelpful store that Ive ever been to. The lady pharmacist was so rude, the tech was trying to help me but she kept interrupting him.Told me my doctor was wrong for recommending me get the booster.. sorry my asthma wasnt enough for you.Not sure how they think theyre more qualified to recommend me something than the doctors I work closely with to keep me healthy..

Im super thrilled about all the shopping ctr. options here but thrilled about this particular Walgreens. I called In a refill and the system confirmed it but when I showed up, they said there nonrecord if it. They said Id have to come back in 4t mins. Uhhhh.....that wasnt convenient so Ill have ro come back tomorrow. Laguna Niguel wouldve filled it immediately and apologized the system didnt process.

We had a run in with the pharmacist tech Maria after we were prescribed Ivermectin by our doctor for Covid. Maria said that it was killing people and told us that it caused stomach tears and kidney failure. Neither of those are side effects. I went to 2 other pharmacies and both told me it was safe. See Maria takes her queues from MSNBC and CNN who have been running a smear campaign against Ivermectin. She was willing to lie when asked about the side effects because she didnt know what she was talking about. Why? Because Ivermectin only costs $15. She went against my doctors orders and made up a lie about the side effects. That should be criminal. Dont go here unless you want Maria to dictate what medications your doctor prescribes.

Very disorganized, and the pharmacy cashier was not able to put in my insurance information because I only had the insurance card, and not the pharmacy card(?) so I couldn’t get my prescription. Had my prescription transferred to another location and I picked it up without a problem.

This pharmacy is helpless. They are inexperienced and not friendly about it. Took 3 hours to do 1 of 3 prescriptions, and it was Tylenol. Save the hassle, there are 20 pharmacies within 5 miles, pick a different one

Horrible pharmacy experience, long waits, poor customer service

This location was very clean and organized(didnt see restroom). The middle aged Caucasian man working the front was the nicest most warm person ever. Fantastic greeting as I entered and a very pleasant experience checking out and leaving. I have a rugged almost aggressive natural appearance so the fact he behaved this way with me was great!(often people are afraid to talk to me?) He deserves the highest possible salary offered for his position. Retain him Walgreens.

I love their Pharmacy staff!Special kudos to Nancy. She can handle special details like a pro.

Pharmacy is a joke my meds are never ready even when I call they say they are ready then when I go they have me wating so they can fill them

Just like a previous review, some of the staff here are so unfriendly and rude. I’ll just go to Target next time. Even if the store is bigger for quick last-minute items, they’re so much nicer.

Employees are very nice and helpful.

My mother came into the store to buy cigarettes my mom is 55 and my sister is 32. My mom had her I.D and my sister did not and they told my mother that she could not buy her items because she walked in with my sister. They told my mother to come back in an hour and when she walked through the doors they said oh shes back again my mom asked them what the procedure was for selling alcohol and cigarettes, since people come in all the time with their children or family members of different ages and they said thats just ten way it is. The woman who checked my mom at the cashier has checked her out many times. We believe she was being racially profiled and purposefully given a hard time. Take your money else where Rite Aid has a kind and multi racial staff.

Very disappointed. My wife went on to get medicine and it took 24 minutes. The cashier was so slow. She didnt know what she was doing and there wasnt anyone to help her. My wife told her several times she needed to go as we had plans and needed to leave. The lady didnt listen and kept saying it would only be a few more minutes. Best part is that the lady found my wifes name duplicated in their system with same bday and seriously that it was two different people because it had an old address. Really? Well be getting our prescriptions at another location.

Please do something about Nadine . She is the reason I will not be returning. She is rude, will not let you speak cold hearted and treats customers poorly . I am cant believe she is still employed at this location . Her sassy atitude is uncalled for . I hope maybe I will be able to return to this location in the future.

SLOW SLOW Pharmacy. ...I cant tell you how much time I have wasted waiting to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy. Drive thru is painfully slow. Staff is friendly, so maybe they are understaffed causing delays....not sure. Avoid avoid avoid. After today I will be changing to a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy manager has to be one of the rudest employees Ive ever encountered not only did she talk down to me and act like I was some sort of child / Criminal but the information that she provided me was completely incorrect in the most condescending way ever

Been to this pharmacy twice now and both times were yhe staff was very slow and rude. I dont see how they stay in business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
