The ice cream was really good and the employee that helped us was super friendly.

The staff is friendly and I love that they have outdoor tables to enjoy your ice cream at. I love the watermelon sorbet. My son got a different flavor (I cant remember the name but it was something like birthday cake? ) and kept asking for spoonfuls of mine. We live close enough to walk here and always enjoy the nice weather and outdoor seating.

I love ice cream, Baskin- Robbins 31 flavors makes it easy to try something new. The people who work here always offer a taste of something for free. They are friendly and helpful. I really like the Hot Fudge sundaes. I love close by so I get to stop here a lot. Highly recommend using

Ive been coming hear forever but the lights are always off so sometimes it looks like its closed so I dont stop in. I usually get a banana split ever week but the last 2 months they have been out of pineapple so I drive down to Los aliso to get it. how hard is it to go to vons and get some pineapple ? Vons employees come here to smoke its horrible

Decent ice cream, tons of options available, not a bad option for a quick kids treat. A kids cup is a reasonable $2 for a scoop. On the other hand, $8 for a sundae or milkshake seems in the realm of ridiculous by my estimation. Maybe Im getting old, but Baskin Robbins isnt exactly premium ice cream so Im not sure how those prices make sense.There are a small number of tables, so not a good place for a group. Most people seem to order to-go.

05/23/17 Thanks to Veronica, Im now giving them 5 stars instead of 2! Thank you Veronica for saving the day! I just got home from the hospital after a 2nd surgery to fix my leg and ankle that isnt healing right. I had to break the news to the birthday boy that I couldnt even get a cake ordered for his birthday. (Online ordering still doesnt work.) At 11:45 this morning, I called BR to inquire what cakes are available in the freezer. The only choice is an Oreo cookie cake because my son only likes white cake and vanilla ice cream. (We just had that 10 days ago for his sisters birthday.) So, I told Veronica Id take it because we have to celebrate. What Veronica says to me next is what made me come back and change my review...If you just want something simple, I can make it for you. We dont have any orders today. And with that right there, Veronica just saved the day! Thank you so much Veronica!Original Post: Trying to place a cake order, but they refuse to answer their phone. The answering machine comes on and it doesnt even acknowledge that they are BR. After 15 minutes of trying to call, someone FINALLY answers the phone. They told me I needed to order my cake with a 24 hour advance notice. I explained I only want an Oreo Cake from their freezer, and that I just need to know whats available. She says I need to come in and see, pick one out, and then they can write on it for me. I then needed to explain how I have a broken ankle and leg and cant come down there...I just wanted to have it ready so I can send someone to come pick it up. With that explanation, she became nice and helpful. But seriously, why not just be nice and helpful to begin with? Why do I need to explain my horrible situation? And for that, its 2 stars instead of 5. All she needed to do was be nice from the start. I used to work in retail/grocery stores. I know it is not easy.

Jamoca Almond Fudge !!!BR ice cream has quality in a copious selection of ice cream.This particular branch of this indelible franchise has a great employee. He was helpful, cheerful, patient and quick. He set the tone for the great, good feelings we were seeking.
