Worst dunkin donuts in Massachusetts, employees play with customers who pay them their wages. Drive thru more than 10 minutes waiting to have 1 coffee. Horrible place and service. Not a rush time, its 3:09pm.

After just purchasing gas I went in to get quarters to get air from a $20 bill the lady that’s always on her phone told me the register cannot open unless I purchase something (which I know that’s a lie cause I get air there all the time) few mins later my wife when In with a $1 bill and the same lady just magically open the register without any purchase necessary. I guess she pick and choose who to give good customer service to. NOT SPENDING A DIME THERE AGAIN 👎🏼

Prices are decent 279 a gallon but if you get their reward card you get discounts I like those guys. Theyre good I feel like I get more miles the cheap gas in my car is running much better

This location is roomy on inside. It has drive thru & DD coffee inside orderibg, groceries, bake goods & lottery. Very clean and no crowds. In addition to multiple gas pumping stations.

Theres an employee there that will stick her bare unloved hands in your paper donut bag to open it. Before putting your donuts inside. Do not get donuts from here.

Where do I start with this place? 🤔🤔 so last night i had use the bathroom extremely bad. I GPS the closest gas station with a bathroom and this place was the first place that showed up. I arrived there at 11:10 at night. I walked into the store which now appears to be some club let out place. There was a few guys working there. I walked over to the bathroom in a hurry... on the bathroom door, theres a sign that says bathrooms open at 4am. I asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom. Since I GPS this location that has a bathroom. He answer no. Th e person with the bathroom keys doesnt come in until 4 am.. Livid!

Changed the oil quickly, with affordable service for minor repairs. Brought my car back with a minor question, and they addressed it free of charge, fixing my vehicle. Good people, very professional.

Really dont know why people come here other than Dunkin donuts if Shell is down the street.

I thought every gas station should have restroom for customer but today I went there at 11:38pm I asked the guy can I use restroom please, the person behind the register didnt answer me he just keep drinking coke after couple minute I was waiting he show me the door have sign No Restroom

This guy raises gas prices when ever oil prices raise. A simple case of price gouging. Guess the owner needs another Mercedes.

There’s a lady who works there named Carolina Gomez and she is just the rudest person I have ever met she was giving attitude to every customer there cussing people out and she was also on her phone a lot!!!
