My old car battery died. I was able to charge it up and but a new battery online and go in to pick it up.They was even nice enough to install it for me.

I am very pleased with the service I received here. Im not a car guy so I needed a considerable amount of help in getting the correct parts to repair my vehicle. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Eaten. He made sure I had all the parts I might need. He was also very pleasant when I returned the parts that turned out to not be necessary for the repairs. I highly recommend this AutoZone to anyone trying to do their own repairs or even just getting routine maintenance products.

This is one of my two favorite auto parts stores in town. They always seem to have what Im looking for at a fair price. The store is always clean and the staff are always ready to help. This particular day, I had called in an order for a thermostat the day before, a special order, and came to pick it up. It was at the checkout waiting for me to get there. Also, if you are employed with a fire department, police, corrections, or serve our country, be sure to ask for the protect and serve discount.

Had a really good experience here today. Needed new ignition parts for our RV and the guys at Auto zone were able to get it ordered for me. Will be here tomorrow.

Ordered a part and was told it would be in by 10 am the following day. I get there about noon and was told first shipment was put off they would not be getting in any parts until 230. A courtesy call wouldve been nice considering its a 45 minute drive each way for me. There were a group of around 4 employees standing just on the other side of the wall all just socializing so Im sure someone would have time to call their customers and let them know. Poor management skills.

Most of the time i have a great experience here but today at 4:21 was different. I came to order a part I ordered online and they couldn’t find it. I have them the barcode the website told me to show them and still nothing, gave my name and part number and waited 10 mins. The manager I think Cynthia was rude and no one check in with me she then told me she doesn’t have it and that she wasn’t here and that’s it asked for a refund and she was literally smirking the whole time. I won’t be going back if she’s there

Bought an Everlast car battery in 2017.in 2019.it went bad.only had a 2 yr replacement warranty.not happy.will never have another one.

Well shame on me for even going back to auto zone. For the second time they have me the wrong rotors for my 14 malibu. When I did the front rotors they gave me the wrong ones drove 15 miles home to find that they were wrong and had to go back cuz they dont carry the right ones. I had to go to OReilly I forgot and went to AutoZone to get my rear rotors and got the wrong ones wasted my time and money also I always get the tard that works there the boss will tell him what to do but he doesnt have a clue.

I had a horrible experience at Autozone today with a not so bright clerk and his manager. My grandmother bought a part and had it installed and a local shop. When I scanned the car myself it was showing the same part as being defective. Note it was a remanufactured part which as we all know Autozone is not the best for electrical components. When I stated I wanted a refund unless they had a new one in stock the clerk went and pulled another REMAN part. I stated again that I asked for a new one and was told it would be 2 days to get it. I then asked for a refund at which time I was told they dont do refunds only exchanges. However, my receipt clearly stated that the warranty allowed me to get a replacement part or refund. Once I brought that to the managers attention he told the clerk, just give him the money in a hateful tone. So not only does my Grandmother have to go another day with no car, she is out $40 she paid a shop to put on a defective part and the manager said that is not there problem and there isnt anything they can do about that. Which I know is a lie because I have dealt with other Autozones in my 20 years as a ASE certified mechanic and they have credited labor back to customers before due to their defective parts.I have bought a great deal from this Autozone in the past and have never had a problem at all until today and am highly disappointed in how the clerks attitude, as well as the Managers attitude was toward me and the situation.
