They we helpful.we blew a tire on trip. We stopped there. The tire had to be replaced but they ditch have it. They did tell us where to go for help. They could have just let us figure it all out. They were very nice and helpful.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, or have an actual cashier check you out. They dont honor their own online prices, while other companies price match competitors. Walmart has gone downhill very fast as far as service is concerned.

Went to the auto center this morning to get a oil change thought I needed one told them thought I had a leak I was so surprised and happy when they called me to tell me I didn’t need a oil change they reset my my warnings I would like to thank Jeremy and Dustin for being so honest most places would have did the work and charged me anyway. Thank you for being so kind.

They take forever. Waited 3 hrs just to have tires balanced/rotated. Never again.

They sent me away because they closed in two hours and the lady said she didnt have time as I watched her play on her phone for 20 minutes

Easy to find parts

Sales person terribly slow was told it would be a 5 hour wait to get A tire changed

They are slow with getting people in and always a 1 hour wait when you call in on the phone

After waiting and being stranded due to flat tire for over an hour also waiting for store to open, doors didnt not open 7am I had to wait for manager to open doors after 7am, Than was told I couldnt be serviced due to no other works was available to assist and was very rude and disrespectful

It was okay for Walmart.
