The staff was helpful, but the music playing in the showroom was so aggressive and off-putting; that I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Always helpful & usually prompt fast service. Friendly & nice people who work there as well.

Website open to a store that is closed

Manager is just as much a thief as the connected services such as their phone phone I surance company.

They don’t ever pick up the phone

Made a trip to the store this morning after checking the website first to be sure they were open. Website and hours on the door say 9am.. it was after that. No one there. Door locked. Bad business.

When paying an additional $3 to make an in store payment, one would think that you could at least get a smile when interacting with the staff. Manager /owner obviously leads the team. Ive been in a few times to ask questions and consider new equipment, met with indifference and side glances. Yea, its convenient but...

I first went to this boost store to get my service switched to Boost from Ting. After a lot of annoyed looks by the guy behind the counter, he said he would have to call his rep to see what to do and would call me. Two days later, I have to call them to find out what is going on. Was told he hadnt called them yet and would do so that day and call me back. Day later, I have to call them again and was told it couldnt work. I thanked them for the time and visited a Boost Mobile in Urbana where the were not only able to switch the my number to Boost, they did so in a friendly manner. I origionly went to this Boost Mobile due to the high rating on Google, but I know now that this rating is not deserved and should be much lower. Only reason I am not giving one star is that the interior is clean and well kept.

My boyfriend phone won’t let him get in so he calls boost from my phone and get hung up on by mike bc he said he has a job and needs his phone to work and mike said to him I have a job to and hung up. I’ve nevr been treated like this by mike or any other staff the past 10 years my family been going to boost
