Let me start by saying I hardly EVER leave reviews, but my experience at this location was so great I just had to ask for the persons name to be able to leave a review. So I went in today to get some information on choosing a phone for new phone service. The person who took care of me was Miranda Taylor! She was extremely helpful answering EVERY SINGLE QUESTION (& I had A LOT of questions 😬😬😬) 5 star service for sure. I completely recommend this place especially if Miranda will be the one taking care of you. Thank you Miranda and Verizon for such a great experience. Also very clean and organized location.

Serenity helped us make a new phone transaction go smoothly. We were taken care of immediately and she explained everything to me (someone who is not very tech savvy) completely so I would understand. I really liked the girl wh waited on me! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was a temporary but really great. She was able answered all of my questions.

I am amazed at how wonderfully quick this experience was! I live in Champaign but work in Rantoul so I thought I’d try this location and WOW am I glad I did! The staff was so friendly, prompt, and informative. Definitely will be coming back to this location because there was NO WAIT which is astounding for a Verizon store. Definitely recommend!

Went to two other stores today for phones and they were both out russel cellular had the phones in stock and I had zero wait time with the Champaign store then went to rantoul and again had zero wait time

Going into Verizon in Rantoul IL, I thought I would be in there for hours and did not Have time for that. Outside of them being prompted in getting to me they were very nice and made me fill welcome when I stepped into the door. They helped me get my I phone set up and ready for use in no time.
