Poor customer service to say the least. Seems like you are in a warehouse with thousands of products and no map. There are some good buys, however, the products change all the time. You may find a product you like one week and never see it again. Typical discount store I guess. The checkers are all quite nice and the store is clean.

Went in and had a look. I was favorably impressed. Its kind of like Walmart only downsized. Also you dont have to be bisexual to shop there.

I had a return and they were very friendly. The Cashier was very personable.

Loved Bi-Marr!! We are going back again. You dont need a membership and they have have Everything!! Food, Camping Gear, DVDs, Towels of all kinds, the list is Huge!! I found foam to stuff a Chair and we bought 2 very nice reclinable Adirondack Chairs for $60 each! The Prices are very good! II Definitely Recommend stopping by the Bi-Marr in Rathdrum, Idaho!

I don’t typically leave reviews because I know negative reviews can influence people to shop or not shop from any business. However, in hopes that the store owner will read this, I’m writing this review. I have been in your store only once as I live almost an hour away from it. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman at the customer service desk. He was super informative and helpful about your store. Unfortunately this warm welcome ceased when I made it back to sporting goods. The women behind the counter are quite the opposite. They are curt and leave you feeling like you’re an irritant rather than a paying customer. I have made multiple phone calls to the sporting goods department and received the same tone and attitude. I’ve worked in retail and customer service myself and realize how employees greet and help customers has a lot to do with whether you continue to shop there. Maybe these women were just having a bad day, I don’t know. What I do know is that they portray poor customer service skills.Thank you.

Clean, organized store that has some of everything. Not as large or stocked as a Walmart but more like the general store down the street reminiscent of my rural youth. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist you even if they themselves are busy. I enjoy going there, prices are reasonable, in line with a Walmart. Having this Bi-Mart just down the street has saved me time and fuel. I will continue shopping there.

This place has it all! From Beer and wine to TVs and Fishing/Hunting licenses Bi-Mart has your back. The service is always above average and the employees are knowledgeable in their departments. Need a new pair of shoes, theyve got em including major brands like New Balance. This is a membership store so be aware there is a 1 time fee of $5. Along with access to the store it enters you into their weekly drawings for Lucky Number Tuesday where they give away all kinds of stuff including TVs, Microwaves, and candy.

That one store I love to go into last time I went there I bought some beautiful flowers for yard and some very nice outdoor shoes that will last forever

I really like Bi-Mart, its got alot of camping gear, fruit trees, plants, food, and houseware merchandise you wont find elsewhere.

Sales people in the gun department were great!

First timers here. This place has things others dont. We even found certain building supplies that building suppliers dont have. We were greeted warmly. The store layout and membership benefits were clearly explained, then we did a self guided tour. Several friendly staffers offered help along the way. Over $100 later, we joined up. I only wish they were in our immediate neighborhood.

The store is good for a quick shop, thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I was there today and had to get in a yelling match with a customer service person, then I go back to electronics and no one is working the counter or even in the area. I called the store and asked if it would be possible to get some assistance and the same customer service person answered the phone and decided it would be good to argue with me about someone working back there. By the time someone was paged and they showed up was 3 minutes, not bad for someone working in that department.

There was only one type of battery, kind of expensive. Thought I bought the battery for her full wheeler anyway I wasnt driving to another town I just drove into Rathdrum.

This place is great. They dont do the price-gouging on ammo that you find at other opportunistic scalping stores.

I think it was $5 for Lifetime Membership. Costco it aint, seems to have a little bit of everything, very, very small freezer refrigerator section. In Idaho beer & wine only. Employees were friendly and helpful. Id guess prices about Walmart level. I stop Im in the neighborhood and have time, have gone for a specific item yet.

I dont like to leave negative reviews, but the extraordinarily poor service I recieved led me to post this review. The greeter was curt and unwelcoming, and when I asked a representative for assistance I was met with annoyance and a generally mean attitude. I could not find what I needed and I will not be shopping here again
