I go to super ones a lot. They have great service. The people whom work there are always willing to try an help you out. If they dont carry something you want you can always ask for a person in charge to see if they can get it for you. Great place to shop for groceries. A little bit higher in price but great deals most of the time.

Super 1 is a great place for produce. The deli is my favorite. I recommend the Mac and cheese. They sell mostly produce, canned goods, frozen food, meat, and dog/cat food .

Local shopping center. Fresh meat and produce. Have about everything you need for groceries. Price is not too high on some things.

Very clean and a good selection of food. Its enjoyable to see this in the growing City of Rathdrum Idaho. Very friendly employees and a very clean bathrooms. With the company of my daughter it was really enjoyable shopping there.

We visited the Sandpoint store this afternoon as it was on the way home. It wasnt too busy, which is great. Some items were low on stock. Since it is a Sunday afternoon, I guess thats to be expected.Were used to the Oldtown store, and generally visit it on Sunday mornings. Today, since it was kind of dreary, and our neighborhood was having water issues, we decided to take a drive.No matter which Super 1 Foods we visit, we have always found them to be clean and orderly, and that they have friendly, helpful people working there.

Watch out for the cashier LIBBY if she doesnt like you because of her horrible customer service she will have you trust passed for no reason! FYI....

Excellent produce and the store absorbs crowds well so it never feels packed. Customer service is awesome and did I mention 25 cent soft serve ice cream?

Wow! This place went downhill in a hurry. The produce is twice as expensive as other local grocery stores and mostly in bad condition. The meat department isnt much better. I needed a rotisserie chicken and all the chickens were barely bigger than a pigeon and still over priced. I will never shop here again.

Always has what I need great value and great meat and vegetables

Admittedly I normally shop at Walmart however I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and quality of the meat & produce. The cashier & bagboy werent the most engaging but was polite when they did speak. I would shop again rather than driving all the way into Hayden to fight the crowd at Walmart.

I find the prices on basic bread, butter, eggs milk, etc. to be better than other grocery stores. And the staff is always ultra polite, what else would one want from a local grocery store?

The Best Meat In Town..I Worked Here Briefing And I Love It

This morning at about 3:45 am, I stopped on my way to get donuts. I was looking at the case wondering when the fresh donuts would be ready. The gentleman in the bakery asked me right away if he could help me with anything and when I said yes, fresh donuts, he told me to grab my boxes and fill them from the racks because they were ready. Thank you bakery staff and Super One. You made my coworkers very happy today!

Rathdrum Super1 is quite literally the best conventional grocery store in the area. It is like they dropped a chunk of Whole Foods into North Idaho, that also retails for local businesses (farmers, dairies, etc.).The natural foods section is limited.. but, at least for me, seemingly inclusive of almost everything I need, especially in a pinch -- open 24hrs, unlike the more specialized natural foods stores in CdA.

Even though they are my local store, I only shop at Super 1 for emergency items because they dont require customers to wear masks and until the COVID-19 virus is under control I dont feel safe there.

It has always been a great store.

A horrible experience at customer service neither worker would help with my Western Union . This was second time so it is the women that work in that dept. Never again I will drive to post falls or CDA.

The curbside pick up option needs to be redone. The first time I tried this, I wasn’t able to find an option for curbside pick up. I downloaded the super one app, which was no help. I did some research and found that the app Rosie lets you order from Super One and do curbside pick up. I placed my first order and I received a phone call saying that they were out of stock of half the items I ordered, I went one by one for each item with the associate to find a replacement option. I came to pick the items up and was missing one of my items (milk). The second time I tried curbside pick up, I got a text saying that they didn’t have one of the items and asked what I wanted as an alternative. When I went to pick up my order, I drove home to find out that two items were missing from my order. I messaged the associate phone number and let her know that these items were missing. It turned out that they didn’t have them it stock. It was blueberries and strawberries. Unfortunately the curbside pick up is not convenient at all.

Ive been shopping at this store for most of my life and I used to like it. But 44 people in kootenai county are dead, 7 in the past week, and this business doesnt care if more die. Theyve gone from half-enforced mask policies to no masks at all. The last time I went in I was the only one with a mask and employees were just walking right towards me unmasked as I was trying to shop. Never coming here again

I would rate much higher if they enforced the county mask requirement. Early AM is pretty good, but I went yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and the mask compliance was very poor. The checker had her mask around her neck. Fewer than half the customers were masked. Despite a county ordinance, I saw no effort on the part of managemen to urge or require masks. I have shopped here since the store opened. Until there is compliance with county regulations I shall not return. Very disappointed

Being from Seattle, I can only say I wish we had Super1 grocery stores here. The deli has about 9 different types of potato salad! They have online shopping with curbside pickup, a pharmacy inside, and a huge selection of healthy grab and go items such as sliced fruit and crudite. Plus, the produce is always looking and tasting good. The only complaint I have is that there are no Super1 grocery stores in the area where I reside. Everything else is A+!

They refuse to make people wear masks in store like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS IN THE AREA IS doing. I asked why, and was told because people all claim they have medical conditions. I advised for one thats incorrect and 2, Covid is also a medical condition which I dont want. I am reporting them to the health department: no sanitizer available to clean the carts, no signs asking customers to wear masks. Poor selection and poorly stocked in the best of times, and now its an active health hazard. BATHROOMS ARE CONSISTENTLY FILTHY ALSO

Make sure to check your receipts, I was overcharged for two produce items. I live in the country so too far to go back. Cost me an extra 4 dollars. I Called and management was very nice and will reimburse but I only shop 2xmonth.

Chicken is on sale they had plenty of it in stock. It was delicious, we bbq some for dinner.

I really really like this grocery store. I am very impressed with what they carry in this store for being in a small town. If you need something on your way through I would recommend this stop unfortunately, we need a dry ice and that was probably the one thing they dont carry. Also only cubed ice and no block ice

Hands down best shopping carts in the business, all roll great and dont squeal a bit. If your looking to joust in shopping carts this is the place I would recommend.
