We blew a tire on our trailer, and these were the only people in town who had it. We got fast and friendly service. The coffee was pretty good too!

Scott the owner is wonderful. They ordered the tires I needed and made sure that I was back out on the road safely for my long journey! Definitely will be back if I am ever back through Wyoming and in need of tires!

We had a bulging tire on our travel trailer and pulled in 10 mins before closing time. They had replacements in stock at a fair price and stayed late to make sure we were safely back on the road. Andrew was super friendly and Scottie was very helpful. Highly recommend.

We were limping across the Red Desert on a bulging spare that was about to blow. We called ahead and though it was closing time they stayed at the shop till we made it there to get a couple new tires. Very nice shop and they had the large size tires we needed in stock! The folks there were so kind and cheerful and thanks to them we were back on our way. (Full trailer of horses in tow)

Cant say enough good things about this place! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I kept blowing trailer tires on I-80, and they made sure I had fresh tires and peace of mind to continue my journey.

Kilburn tires has always taken great care of my and my familys vehicles. Very professional service and good quality repairs. Most times it pretty busy, but they are very efficient and usually get you in and out in a timely manner.

An honest mechanic! My brakes developed issues on our way to Yellowstone and I stopped in for repairs. The owner assessed my car and did a driving test and then charged me $0 because no repairs were needed. Wow! Dunno if hes a Christian, but sure acted like one.

Called in the morning needing somewhat urgent service for equipment that was on a job site. I asked if they had after hours service, was told no. I asked what time I needed to have a tire to them to get it fixed before closing, was told they might not even get to it to today. No sense of customer service, he seemed bothered that I even called to ask about getting a tire fixed.

Kids running around. The only person I seen working was a woman who was changing tires etc. She was awesome ( sorry cant remember her name)

Took my truck in to get a 4wd switch installed and get my tires mounted and balanced. The mechanic found my water pump was bad and replaced it, he never did the tire mount and didnt balance my tires, then when I crawled under my truck to see if he installed the the 4wd switch. I found that the old one was still their, I had to get ahold of the mechanic through Facebook and he said he never installed it and kept it in his box, I ended up having to pay 500 for repairs. I recommend taking your vehicle to Dallin motors or skyline motors. Where they actually do the work and wont keep parts you buy to have installed.

Traveling home from Wyoming to Colorado,ran over a piece of steel and punctured the front tire pulled in to Kilburn told them what we needed,they said they would come get us when they could look at it. In the mean time they took two people ahead of us and totally forgot us after an hour,so we got out tire and went to Reliable Truck Service was in and out in 20 minutes

Came in today for tire service. I wasnt sure if my tire could be patched or just needed replaced. Kilburn being honest said, just needs a small patch, fixed it and sent me on my way. Accommodating, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Weather delayed my tires being delivered, but they still installed them on time. They also have the cleanest shop floor Ive ever seen. The managers seem very conscientious. I plan to return here for future tire needs.

They are good with tires and I’ve never had a bad experience until today, I was charged 98.00$ for an alignment check, they had my truck for 4.5 hours (didn’t even call me when ready/ I had to keep calling them) and after I had made an appointment to have it done first thing In the morning. The tech said “no your alignment wasn’t bad at all I really didn’t do anything” the later the day got and the more I thought about it I realized I got ripped off. I have three kids and Christmas is coming, this is how you do business? You couldn’t have said hey man you don’t need an alignment yet? I mean seriously I would have had it done somewhere else. I’ll give it to you the tech did straighten my steering wheel which probably took 10 minutes if that. Truck pulls to the left which when it went in it pulled to the right, the specs on the printout are for a factory suspension, my suspension is extremely modified and lifted. I’ll take my truck to a specialty alignment shop in Colorado just to avoid getting ripped off and my time wasted by an inexperienced tech and by inexperienced I mean non schooled and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He told me to let my suspension settle and come back again!? What!?? Are you serious let what settle?!- I’ve had the new parts on there for a month. I’m done, you’ll never see me again I’ll drive to Laramie or Denver next time!

Had a tire go out on our fifth wheel on the interstate. Kilburn got us in quickly and were incredibly accommodating. The price was right, the service was far better than what you expect to get nowadays!! Friendly, skilled and professional staff all around. Highly recommend!!

Was traveling through when we got a tire that was almost going to blow out. Luckily they had a used tire that we could use and they got it on my Audi and we were back on the road in decent amount of time considering they were very busy at the time we came in. Great crew. Had a bolt fall out of my disc brake assembly while enroute from Denver to Portland. They got me in quickly and Zack fixed the problem and checked the torque on all the other bolts on the brakes. He even recommended a good place to eat while I waited. (When in Rawlings, check out The Grind.) Very reasonable on the price. Wish they were closer to where I live.

I lost a lugnut off my Toyota Tundra, and stopped in to Kilburn Tire to see what could be done, plus I am ready to have the tires rotated. I was greeted graciously by Gage and Zach. I told them what happened. Gage made my rotation appointment and told me they would check on the lugnut. Zach then went out and tightened the rest of the lugnuts on my truck. They are great young men. Thank you both for taking care of me.

Was in shop at 4 PM. They close at 5:30. Yes they were busy, but I needed one tire put on. I had the tire for small trailer being towed. Im from out of state & headed to Utah. Though they were nice, they had no qualms about suggesting I come back the next day at 8 am. A small job and few minutes tops, and I was turned away. I came to them because of good reviews. I left very disappointed. Felt like they knew I was out of state and made no try to even help.

I came to this place to get a wheel alignment before a big trip for Christmas. The alignment was very quick, the staff members were very friendly, and the price was acceptable. I am very happy with the service that I received, and will return here when I need to get another alignment or rotation.

My vacation savers. My car broke down heading from Denver to Jackson on a Friday afternoon. Called a bunch of shops and no one wanted to help me. I have an infiniti and there are no dealerships within a hundred miles. Pulled into this place and was met by the mechanic Blake. Immediately diagnosed the problem and found the part necessary. When he couldnt get the exact hose he needed, he improvised and found a way to make it work. It took them 5 hours but they kept working after closing hours to get me wrapped up and on my way. I would have been totally screwed if it wasnt for his persistence on fixing my car. Very nice and honest people. When the bill came I was floored at how reasonable it was. I have never tipped a mechanic in my life but he deserved it. Made it to Jackson late that night, vacation saved. Great people and thank you for all your help.

Went to the store looking for new tires ... The woman behind the counter was very rude (i guess she don’t like people with accent... well, too bad for her), she wasn’t interested of helping me at all. Then in the next month i called few times for alignment appointment and they always gave me one for at least after a week or 10 days ... Really guys, you are doing that many alignments in Rawlins??? Even charging $40-50 more then everyone else in 2-300 miles radius??! I don’t think so!Stay away from that place people!!!

We had a blowout and limped in at opening. They were so very nice and friendly and got us fixed up with 2 new tires and back on the road in about an hour and a half. We have 3 dogs and they are super dog friendly, giving them lots of pets and treats.

I was in dire need of help with my motor home that just had a blowout on a rear tire. They dropped everything and took care of us very quickly. We were on our way to Sturgis and were towing 4 Harleys on a trailer. They had us block their driveway with the whole rig while they worked on the tires. When it came time to pay, they hardly charged enough to pay for their time. Very impressed. Highly recommend them.

Emergency situation - traveling cross country on a deadline from Virginia to Idaho for a National dog show. We discovered we still had a leaking truck tire after it had been repaired somewhere else the day before. Showed up at Kilburns as people were arriving to open store at 7:30 am. Explained situation to Scott and he immediately put us in a bay to put 4 new tires on our truck. They even had trailer tire rims so I could have a second spare for our trailer. (Blow out day before and destroyed trailer tire rim...another story, another state)Scott gave me options on tires and explained the differences of the various brands he had in stock and their costs. This allowed me to make an educated decision.The technicians at Kilburn were all very professional, knowledgeable and very nice.We were back on the road in an hour and a half - 4 new truck tires and a new rim for our trailer spare. Kilburn allowed us to meet our travel deadline.Highly recommend.

Passing thru Rawlins and had a tire real close to blowing out. Stayed overnight and started at their shop first thing in the morning. They were amazing, finding which tire was bad, fit me in as one of the first vehicles at a reasonable price. Super friendly, professional and caring for customer needs. Had a blow out 30 miles east of Rawlins. They were in the office before they officially opened. They replaced all four tires (needed new ones, thats why the blow out) in no time and I was on my way. Great tires, great price, very friendly staff.

Scott (I think was his name ) is the man. Was traveling from Colorado to grand Tetons national prk and blew out a front tire . We made it to rawlins on a donut and he quickly replaces and rotated my two front tires for a great price . I feel like a lot tire shops would have made me replace all 4, but he was ableTo just do 2 and quickly get us back on the road . Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs new tires . Our travel trailer had its 5th tire blow-out in 6 months while traveling through Wyoming. Thankfully, we were only 25 miles from this gem of a business. They had us in and out in under 30 minutes. More than that, they were extremely friendly and kind to us, even giving us great ideas for adventures around us. We pulled into their lot feeling down about out situation, we pulled out of their lot with smiles on our faces and hearts full. Very high priced over double charged on parts and double charged on labor never go again checked with other ACE certified mechanics what should have taken any seasoned mechanic under 1 hour took them 3 hours at least thats what I was charged mechanic was told to do specific job only did one third of job. Will be going else where for my mechanic needs.

I brought in a tractor tire they tried to fix it couldnt fix it I ended up buying a new tire they only charged me for the new tire they didnt charge me for trying to repair the old one the service was good the young man helped put the tire in the truck Ill be using them again.

We were stranded in Rawlings with a flat and no spare. Kilburn was swamped -- apparently theyre the only tire repair in town -- but they did their best to get me out of there as quickly as they could. On top of that, they were incredibly honest. They put an inexpensive used tire on my vehicle to get me home instead of trying to sell me a more expensive brand new tire.

Did a good job or repairing my tire, but because I was dressed in my FR clothing from work some of the staff was rude to me even though I was nice to them. I get that its a small town, but geez. Business is business.

No one wanted to help me in this shop. I walked in with tire and waited 20min at the counter with the lady behind the counter looking at me from time to time and flipping thru papers not saying a word to me even after picking up tire and walking out after waiting 20min. worse yet i ran into the gentleman that was in front of me there when i was at the shop down the street and he told me he waited 30min with the same experience. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF.
