We were just passing through town and I had heard about this fun store to check out. We went in and they were just about to have a Magic the Gathering Tournament. The group of people invited us to join. Luckily my kids love to play and knew how to play. kids had a blast and we hung out for 4 hours. What a great place to stop. Fun gifts and games and of course hours of entertainment.

This place is awesome. We stopped through while on vacation. The owner Aaron made the experience well worth the detour. . I highly recomend the stop.

Fun shop! A quick addition to a trip through town and we loved it. The owner/staff was very nice. Great items for anyone looking for something as uniquely funny as: caution tape sandwich bags, edible googly eyes, funny socks, a cat scratcher laptop attachment, grow a ghost pepper in a can, etc.; Uniquely collectible as: magic the gathering game pieces, Harry Potter cauldrons and puzzles, and Star trek themed items; and Uniquely hand made: game pieces, figures, various jewelry, trinket boxes, etc.

What a fantastic place! Its a total shame that theres only 5 stars to give. My wife and I stopped in after some failed plans on our vacation, we just began playing magic the gathering and were immediately swept into looking at the fantastic selection of cards and models and more! It was all so friendly and just amazing the exact kind of place you could spend hours in without noticing. Clearly this store is out of a love for all things sold within. Were planning on getting a group together to hurry back ASAP its more than worth a couple hour drive. If your nearby its a must!

If i could give this place more stars i would. My husband and I stopped in on a nerd fueled vacation and we were blown away by the hospitality of the owner. As newbies to MTG, he taught us about the game, gave us fair prices, and even threw in some freebies. He was so incredibly warm, kind and funny, which is something we all need in these trying times. Even though we live 3 hours away, we will be coming back!

Very cool little shop in Rawlins. We are not into D&D but still enjoyed the store....they have a large selection of snarky socks and teas and specialty gifts.

By far one of the greatest places Ive had the pleasure of experiencing. Aaron is absolutely an amazing guy! Please take some time and check out the store, even if you arent into gaming. There is plenty there for non gamers to enjoy.

We stopped at this store just to kill some time while waiting on car repairs on a recent road trip. We were hot and tired and frustrated and needed a rest and a distraction. It ended up being such a fun and entertaining experience! The owner clearly loves what he does and has created a wonderful atmosphere filled with surprising and cool and hilarious products! The time we had to wait on the car repairs ended up zooming by and we wished we could stay longer! He made us tea, he joyfully showed us the many treasures for sale, and he even allowed us to bring our cats (in their carriers) into the very comfy lounge area. And then he made them each a cute little pouch of the finest catnip!!! 😂 We got some great novelty gifts for friends and family and wished we had more time and money to burn. I cant recommend this place highly enough. It is a rare thing to come across someone who has made a living out of sharing their passion so joyfully! It was truly a pleasure.

We are on vacation and just stopped by this store. The door was locked. Said it was open till 5:00 PM on the website and 2:00 PM on the store sign. Very disappointed.

If you havent had the opportunity to go, you have a treat ahead of you. Local gift store with a unique assortment of items. If youre looking for that one gift that says oh, this is totally so-and-so it will be here. As to the name Geek Yes! lots of tabletop games, items, minis, MTG, D&D, they host game nights with lots of space.

So many things to choose from!Aaron was incredible with showing me about some cool things and pointing out little things, like the funny packaging wording - which is specifically why i bought a few things I did. For a few 3D puzzles, he explained tricks and tips, to ensure a fun experience putting them together. There is something for EVERYONE here and I loved it. Im so glad that I was able to stop by this time while in town and Ill without a doubt, be coming back!Thank you, Aaron!

Aaron at Geek-ish things makes you feel at home when you are in his shop. He is Johnny on the spot with answers to questions and if he doesnt know he is quick to find out so A+ on friendly customer service. He provides a place for table top gaming of all kinds at his shop and is legitimately excited to see people interact and play there. If youre looking for a place to geek out or if youve always been curious about table top games or card games this is your place.

Drove 720 miles for vacation, stopped in to find a slice of geak heaven in a place I expected to find nothing of the kind. The staff was well knowledged in all things geek, specializing in Warhammer and MTG. Next time I swing through Rawlins, i will definitely stop in again.
