Thats how positive our experience was. I bought my one daughters first car from Craig. Parents will understand how important a decision it is to have your child in a vehicle that you believe in. After nearly two months of shopping at every type of car sales establishment (Dealers, generic used car lots, and import used car lots), it was complete belief that led us to make the purchase from Craig. Complete belief in the man, his business process, and his product. As a man, Craig is communicative, responsive, prompt and polite. His business process is relaxed and absent of any pressure, and was considerate and accommodating to our schedules as well. His pricing for the vehicles we looked at were within the ranges of all five major on-line indices. The negotiations within those ranges were non-confrontational, completely devoid of any games, and just man-to-man honest. I didnt set out to but my daughter any certain brand or style of car. I owned a VW previously that was also a satisfactory experience, and now 60 days after the sale this past summer (June 2019), count us as completely satisfied with my daughters VW and knowing where we will start, and likely end, any future vehicle purchases. Prior to reaching out about a Mini I was interested in, I read all of the reviews. At first, they seemed too good to be true. But let me be the first to say, everything you read is 100% accurate (with the exception of that 1 negative review). From the first email Craig sent me, I had a good feeling about him. He was very professional and super easy to work with. I wish all dealerships were run like his. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Craig was very forthright and honest about everything. If he wasnt sure about something, he didnt try to BS me; but instead told me he didnt know. He even let me take it to my mechanic so I could get a pre-purchase inspection done. I strongly recommend anyone who is in the market for a car to contact him. Even if there is nothing on his lot that you are interested in, he can try his best to find something for you. And as if thats not enough to give him a try, he has 2 beautiful Golden Retrievers, Gus and Josie, who will surely get you to come back. Next time Im in the market for a car, I wont even think twice. Truly a hidden gem.

Great to deal with, low pressure

This guy is a rip off artist and should be adhamed about lying to customers and taking advantage of a woman who didnt know any better. In about 2 weeks from the date of purchase she has had one rear brake seize and the other come apart, the cv axle broke, the passenger side front window is loose on its track, the switch for the power window is broken for the rear window controls, the windsheild wipers were both dry rotted and now the a/c died today and come to find that he never fixed the leaky low pressure valve for the a/c like he said, the brakes were obviously not new like he said. There is a leak on the muffler too. I dont know where the thing was inspected last but the dmv and DOT officials for the state are getting pics of it all, we may even bring it to them to see the damages first hand. Hopefully the inspection station gets shut down and they lose their ability to sticker another car. THIS GUY IS A CRIMINAL SCUM to take advantage like this just for quick cash gain. I cant imagine that he would let his wife mother or daughter drive this LEMON!!!!
