This place is AWESOME! After waiting over a month for a washing machine part, I decided to call local stores. After calling 13 different appliance parts shops, this place had my part. Not only did they put it aside for me, they triple checked to make sure I had the right one. Philip was beyond polite and helpful when I picked it up and I will recommend this store to everyone (as well as continue to order from them before even looking online.) THANK YOU

Needed a part for a microwave. They were able to find one. Only waited a day. Service was exceptional. Upon picking up the part the staff were very outgoing,knowledgeable and professional. As a company that does many repairs on appliances,its comforting knowing there is a place that can assist us with that. Even placed a second order before leaving. Looking forward to this business relationship continuing.

Owners went above and beyond to ensure the integrity of their business. Visiting repairman, at their business, became agitated with us because we were trying to effect our own repair, on a dryer unit. And, he spoke quite abruptly at us about it. Owners called us to please return to store and apologised for repairmans attitude. It needs to be said that the repairman doesnt work for them but owns his own repair shop. My son and I appreciate their concern for good custormer relations and their willingness to take the time to correct our point of view of their business ethics. These are good people. Not every one would have bothered. Thank you both, again.

I was so pleased with the customer service this company has. When I called, an actual live person answered the phone AND was able to help me! No, press 1 for, 2 for...a Real person. She helped me, ordered my part, I got a call when it was ready. Then when. I went into the shop, the person at the desk helped me right away and out the door. I highly recommend this group for any of your parts needs.

Catastrophe last night in our house! Lauries 20 yr old kitchen aid counter top mixer stopped working while in the middle of making Christmas cookies. (That mixer will be running for the next week straight) Called Debbie and Bradley this morning and I will have the part Friday! Small Family owned and operated business. They are awesome! We needed a part to close our washing machine door. Great service in helping us find what we needed. Had we waited for another place to get the part for us it would have been days without a washing machine. So glad we found this place!

The internet makes it very easy to figure out things and find parts, Appliance Parts Center in Raynham MA should be your go to though. Once again I needed some parts, Amazon has them and many other online sources as well, but shipping cost and delivery time frames are into the next week ... call to APC and not only is the part I need in stock, it costs the same as the total charge online and I can fix my dishwasher today!!!!Support local ... people are great, knowledgeable and made sure I had the right part.

Took in my heater they checked all the different parts on it gave me new factory part an it worked 10 dollars

If I could give this company 6-10 stars i would. Bradley and his team always somehow have ability to get parts and either fast shipping or I can take a quick drive to pick the part up. Im writing this review right after replacing a control board on an LG dryer that I didnt see if was available to buy anywhere else online but knew APC online would have it. Sure enough after an after-hours email, a quick call in the morning and Bradley already had the part ready to ship to me. Thanks again for saving me likely $700+ having to buy a new dryer!

The glass on my oven door shattered this morning. My husband called and said that the customer service was great. They were so friendly and assured him that they would order the part and have it in by 5 today. I went to pick it up at 5:30 and the woman who helped me went above and beyond. She took the glass piece out of the box to let me see it to make sure that nothing was wrong with it. She also engaged my children in conversation and was super sweet to them. On top of that, she saw that I had my newborn son in a car seat and so she carried the box out to my car and put it into the trunk of my car for me. Same day parts orders AND excellent customer service! 10/10 will recommend this business.

On a third occasion i found my self with the opportunity to find some appliance parts at the Appliance Parts Center and i must say again it was WITHOUT disappointment. The parts for my dishwasher were located..i ordered a lower rack and a tine rack for bowls.. both had arrived and the tine rack did not fit the dish rack.. .. the sales associated told me not to worry returning it as it wasnt worth the bother nor the freight to do so... and they took it off my bill... no fuss... shop here they will not let you down

This place is amazing, I was looking for a part for my oven on the day before NYE and I had no luck and had to order the part . Then on NYE in the early afternoon I came across this business so I emailed not expecting an answer because of the holiday, within ten minutes they emailed me back with a question and they replied they had the part in stock AT A GREAT PRICE ! so I drove down to pick it up, SAVED THE DAY FOR SURE .

The staff is extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions. The team member who took care of me was named Brad and he was curtious, friendly, and helped solve my problem immediately... Highly recommend.

I was able to get knowledgeable advice and with the employees help and utube i was able to fix my dryer that was only 3 yrs old. Best part it cost a little over 30 bucks. Thanx!

Located in the Raynham Marketplace Plaza on the left hand side tucked into a corner is probably the best appliance parts place around that you could ever hope for to find the part you need to fix your broken appliance. With flexible hours during the week and on Saturday theres no reason you cannot find the time to get here to pick up the parts you need to fix things yourself rather than pay an expensive repair bill. The very helpful staff will assist you as much as they can with diagnosing problems and getting you the right parts you need very quickly if they do not already have them in stock. All you need to remember is that you need your model number and your serial number of whatever it is thats broken and some pictures on a cell phone dont hurt either:-)

All of these five star ratings are not bogus reviews. I found APC to be very pleasant to deal with as well as selling the part I needed for much less than the online dealers. I would highly recommend giving them a try the next time you need a part.

I cant say enough good things about Appliance Parts Center. Ive purchased several items from them and most recently a main control board for my less than awesome Frigidare refrigerator. Got the part home, didnt work, called and let them know and with a smile, they replaced the board. Since this was an electronic part, I was expecting a hassle trying to get this replaced. I highly recommend them and commend their business model!

Bradley and Deb are the best! Prices are at or better than online superstores and its amazing what they have available in stock for immediate pickup. Ive replaced refrigerator shelves and crispers, oven burners and igniters, washer and dryer belts, shocks and motors all with their help. Id rather give my money to a local business anyway, and Appliance Parts Center certainly earns it.

Awesome! Called in, woman on the phone was super friendly. Was looking for a defrost thermostat for my kenmore fridge. They had a couple options in stock, fantastic! Went and picked it up the same day in person. A bit pricier than any other online places like repairclinic and appliancepartspros or amazon, but got it the same day! Part fixed my fridge, so cant complain.
