We blew a tire on our honeymoon through New England at 5:55pm and every other tire store in the area closed at 6pm, but this Pep Boys was open until 7pm. We had enough time to put on our spare tire and carefully drive over, the service associate at the front desk was very nice and helpful, they had a comparable replacement tire in stock and got right to work replacing our blown tire. Very helpful and speedy!

Brought my car in today for a diagnostic because engine light was on. Francois and his crew took me immediately and thoroughly and professionally assessed the problem. They were very polite and helpful, and did not charge me for this service. Very positive experience!

Went in to get 4 tires installed on my Jeep. I went online picked the ones i wanted and said would pay in store. I walked in and waited a few mins to check in as someone came in right before me. Christine was welcoming and very polite checked me in took keys and confirmed order. I decided to wait and was advised upfront it would take roughly 2 hours. Had a few conversations and decided with Christines advise to add the road hazard warranty. It also comes with a free 1 year roadside assistance. Saw some inpatient customers as someone came in after me and said he had appt. As guy was taking my car and told other customer i have an appt as well. The tech is doing what he is suppose todo. I was very excited to find out i also received an extra discount as i am previous military. Great job. Tech advised me i had a lot of build up on rims he took extra time to clean it. Was extremely pleased

Its convenient but youll always have to back for something new fix. Ill probably never come back here. After 5 times going there and getting something fix, a couple of weeks later something new would go bad. No worth it in the long run.

Today I went there because I had a leak in my 2015 Silverado tire, I originally brought it to the Chevy dealership and they were not able to find the leak, thankfully pepboys crew was able to find the nail after many hours of searching for such a small nail! All staff working there today 8/20/21 in the Raynham Rt.44 location were very friendly and great customer service! I highly recommend these guys and I will spread the word! Horrible service they refused to warranty my work just because of the mileage on my truck little did they know that it was a brand-new crate engine with 10000 miles on it I was treated poorly I had scheduled an appointment and they did not have me on the books they did find my keys in the lockbox but refuse to service my vehicle my name is clearly on my set of keys with a vehicle identification never ever go to this one again but it really doesnt matter cuz theyre going out of business

Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Went in for a tire inspection and a handful of other issues. Had to go in for a 2nd inspection to find the problem and it was fixed up quick with no additional charges after the initial service. Lady at the front desk turned what is normally a frustrating situation into a positive and friendly experience!

Could have been a better experience.Purchased 4 tires online and scheduled an oil change upon arrival. I had a 9am appointment. I didnt need the vehicle so I left it at the garage. I received a call at 4:45 that the vehicle was ready. almost 8 hrs for 4 tires and an oil change.(yikes).Pros.Tire prices were best around so I decided on cooper adventurers. (specifically made for pep boys by cooper) So far so good on the tires and ride.Cons.Zero attention to detail.-Glue (all over rims and new side walls) and fingerprints everywhere, would it have killed the tech to wipe off-Oil Change life not reset on dash-Wiper fluid not filledWasnt a terrible experience but having the vehicle for this long these items could have easily been taken care of.Just a little extra care goes a long way gents.

No longer an auto parts/accessory store. Now a auto service/repair center. Looks strange right now as old store area is empty but still up in the air as to how good a service center it is.

Needed a battery replacement, but wasn’t sure. Called up the shop, they immediately knew what was going on and so I drove on down to the shop. 30 minutes later, I had a new battery and was out the door. Super helpful.

Oil change; price was right, quickly serviced, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people.Update: April 2021: had oil change and inspection (not state inspection) for trip to Maryland - checked my tires, eyeballed suspension, etc. Great service and done in 45 minutes. Very reasonable charge.Everything but gas! Still a very good shop.

My wife had to go there for 4 tires i understand she was a walk in but still. she got there at 10am and just left at 230pm . 4 1/2 hours for 4 tires . This is crazy i do not recommend this place.

Please go elsewhere!!!! This place took 4hrs to do an oil change and a tire alignment. Mind you I had an appointment and still had to wait for 4 hours and half for it, ridiculous! They need to hired more staff! They also over charged for a regular oil change, I imagine what it would cost for synthetic Probably over 100$.And their customer services are not the best, staff are not friendly! Save your self some times and money go somewhere else!

Pep Boys used to be a good place to bring your car. However, the service there has completely gone down the drain. I called during the week to book an appointment for a Saturday to get new tires and an oil change. The guy who answered the phone sounded like he was fresh off a bender, or was still drunk. He said he could not book an appointment because it’s busy on Saturdays and they have staffing issues there. I asked if I could just bring the car in early in the morning and drop it off. He stated that they would probably not even be able to look at the car and went off on some rant about how busy it is. I went online to check see if appointments can be booked online, and there were 5 open appointment slots.I then called SpeeDee, and they were able to take me right in that Saturday even though they were “busy.” They were professional and prompt and did a great job on my car.My advice is avoid Pep Boys. They have no idea what customer service is, and their employees are incompetent and may even be drunk. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

I find this shop to be very honest. I have an older 90s sedan that had a cooling problem. Rather than sell me what I didn’t need, just what was failing was replaced. Also had brake inspection, was told just the fronts were in need of replacing.The service manager is a very down to earth guy. Will definitely use this shop in the future when the need arises.

Clean, well organized, helpful signs, knowledgeable staff. Good prices. A pleasant shopping experience. Much better than so called advanced auto parts stores.

Good price on tires no one could beat

They did what they said they would do on Columbus day. They did underestimate how long it would take. Was told 2and Half hours to replace 2 tires but it took 4 other than that good experience.

Scheduled an appointment for a battery. Upon arriving, I was informed that they were behind. When I asked for a time frame I was told an 1-1/2 hours. This is way too long for a scheduled battery install, especially when appointments are spread out due to COVID-19. I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.

I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told I didnt have an appointment scheduled I was extremely upset because I left work early but thanks to the assistant manager Gabriel who was able to get me right in he made my bad situation right and I really appreciate that kind of service.

I dont typically leave reviews unless I am very impressed the shop was very clean and the workers were knowledgeable and quality work my only complaint is that the prices may have been just a little bit high but overall I would highly recommend it they were very efficient and accommodating and the waiting area was pleasant

Very friendly staff. Got my Corolla and q50 oil changed and tire rotation in 1.5 hours. Which is very good for 2 cars. Affordable prices as well! Will be coming back. Very happy.

I went there to see if they could check my oil and see how many quarts I needed and I told me they couldnt do that I said Im going to buy the oil I just dont know how much because I was due for an oil change and they told me they couldnt do that and asked me I really dont know how to check my oil?

Every time i have gone to pep boys there is a significant wait with not a lot of Vehicles there. They either tell me to leave my car for HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. ITS A OIL CHANGE!!They are ALWAYS backed up EVERYTIME this is not occasionally this happens and are very unorganized. They will get your oil change done and i will say it is done right. But it is an extreme hassle to get there.Also your responses on reviews i read are posotive. Yet ur company’s actions is what would make customers happy. words mean nothing.

Had an appointment scheduled- arrived in parking lot only to receive a call saying they had to cancel it because they were short staffed. Offered no apology or empathy for the inconvenience. Why not call me sooner? I will never be doing business here.

We were very impressed. We were out of town, hours from home, when the tire pressure sensor went off indicating a serious problem with one of our tires. We made it to Pep Boys. And despite the fact there were several people ahead of us, the service was quick! They took excellent care of us. We were back on the road in no time. We really appreciated the quick and professional service.

Randy and associates are very courteous people working at this location. Never had to return for the same issue, very honest workers right here.

Not only are they there but still show all the same courtesy and helpfulness as my first time in. Got 4 new tires, balance and alignment. On the highway violent shaking. Had to leave highway and take back roads home. Called Pep Boys and was told they would pay for a tow, but I felt I could drive the 5 miles safely. Got there and was told that because I was10 minutes late, and they only had one tech on, that I am now at the back of the line. Should have paid the extra 100 bucks to have my REAL mechanic do the job. Never again.

This guys were a great help, and they knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, on a wall full of hooks, and hooks full of parts… The one hook that I needed parts on was empty … :-( Hey, it was just bad timing, these guys are excellent! Thanks guys. :-)

The prices are the only reason why I would come back or recommend this pep boys. We made an appointment for an oil change and the service took well over an hour. Longest oil change ever... Why did we make an appointment? Staff was generally rude which was enough for me to make this my last visit here. Location is convenient right on rt 44 in Raynham so there are plently of other places to get quicker nicer service.

Came in to replace a tire. It would cost $160. I had already agreed to replacing the tire, but when they got it on the lift they saw they could do a simple $12 repair. That is great service. More importantly it makes me trust these guys.

Got me in quick without an appointment and one of just a couple service centers near the Cape that would change oil and filters if I supplied the oil and filters.
