I was looking for a king sized box spring and I had such great assistance from Brian on which type of box spring to get. He helped me place the order without ever having to go to the store and set up a pick up for that same day at their warehouse. Product is of great quality!

My husband and I went in with really no expectations and immediately we were greeted by 2 sales people. Both personable and accommodating. Our salesperson was April. We told her what we were looking for and what we did not want. She did not try to upsell anything, explained why mattresses are so important for our health and well being and how to properly fit us for the perfect one. We found our perfect mattress, adjustable frame etc. The whole experience we felt safe, important and that we were being listened to. I would highly recommend the Raynham store!

Mattress Firm at 325 New State Highway in Raynham was a five star experience for my wife and I. Sandra and Brian were very professional and efficient in assisting us with finding a suitable mattress. The transaction was smooth and the delivery technicians were fast with the setup. This will be our second bed from this location. We highly recommend this location to any customer.

We went to find a mattress upsizing to a king. Valerie was very helpful and we did purchase a tempur pedic bed. When we had an issue with the company that did not take away the old top mattress the manager Brian was very helpful in facilitating a fair solution for our inconvenience. I would highlight recommend them to family and friends.

Never really thought Id say this. But what a great experience we had buying a mattress.. I absolutely hate shopping especially for high ticket stuff. But I gotta give it to Brian, he made the experience pressure free, easy, and most of all pleasurable. Im SO glad we were referred to Brian and we came here and he help us. He asked a few questions to help align us with the right mattress options (who wouldve thought that matters). Showed us the options, from there it was really up to us. I walked in concerned about the number of options available; just the number of brands and styles were difficult to sift through on my own. The staff made this process surprisingly straight-forward and simple and they were able to answer every question I had. Highly recommend.

Steve was very informative and helpful while I was trying to find the perfect mattress.He was also very patient because I had a difficult time making a final decision. Very clean store also while practicing safely current covid restrictions in place.

The manager at Mattress Firm new his, product as well as new employee, he, was training. A very postive attitude to satisfy your matteess needs. Only negative was when the mattress was delivered they were suppose to take away the old matteress and they did not. After speaking with the manager adequate compensation was made. I think the matterss, delivery crew should have stepped but management backed there subcontractors delivery miscue. Brian and Valerie did an excellent job at the Raynham store. I would suggest seeing them there as buyers, of a new mattress. I told Brian I would leave a postive response based on there professionalism. Here you go keep up the good work...

I will forever be a Mattress Firm customer. Months back I went looking for an adjustable bed because my husband was in a motorcycle accident which resulted in many injuries including foot surgery. Because he needed to keep it constantly elevated, we decided on a split adjustable bed. My husband and I went into the Raynham location not expecting to leave with anything but just to look at specific mattresses we had been browsing online the last few weeks. Eric was SO NICE! It was only us and one other couple that came in before us and from the second we opened the door he greeted us and did his best to help both couples even though he was the only one in the store. He gave us some really good information about what to look for in a mattress and we ended up purchasing one from the upcoming Labor Day sale. He was so generous and gave us some really generous and great deals on accessories and home delivery. Our mattress is being delivered MONDAY and it’s Friday night. We’re so excited for it to come and will refer others based on our great experience this afternoon.

My husband and I went into this location a few weeks ago. It was 10 minutes before closing, so we were going to just ask the sales associate a few quick questions about what type of mattress would be best for our new king bed frame, and come back another day to really test them out. Brian was the associate who greeted us when we walked in. I told him we would be brief, but he said “I’m here as long as you need me to be” Brian then went on to give us the full on best customer service. He asked questions about what we were looking for, and then had us test several different mattresses. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not push us to purchase a mattress we weren’t comfortable with (literally and financially). We ended up finding a mattress we loved and Brian’s customer service was beyond anything we’ve experienced in a sales position. I highly recommend going to this location and asking to speak with Brian.

My husband and I (posting from his account) had an amazing time mattress shopping. Something typically dull and exhausting was everything but with Brian at Mattressfirm in Raynham. He started by getting some important info from us on how to “size us” for a mattress so to say. He showed us a few options, gave some opinions and tweaked our selections. Coming from sales, I know an awkward pushy sales person when I see when and Brian was the TOTAL OPPOSITE. He was really helpful explaining little things you would of never thought of when it comes to mattress shopping such as sheer selection, mattress covers, and box spring dos and don’t s. Walked out spending a comfortable amount of money, and was never pushed to spend anything out of my price range. On top of that he connected with us on a human, we didn’t feel like customers of dollar signs to him we felt like people!! A+. Refer Brian to anyone!!

My husband and I went to mattress firm in Taunton MA on 7/23/20. I have to say that we had the best experience there then any other mattress store. We dealt with a wonderful man named Jason. He was very pleasurable and answered every question we had. Needless to say, he did whatever he could to make us happy. I believe he is also the store manager. He could not have been more patient, and more understanding. We are retired military, and my husband is a wounded warrior and with that comes horrible nights of sleep. Steve talked us through the many options. He succinctly explained what the mattresses are made of, the warranty, and and answered all of our questions with class.My 15 yr old was also wanting a new mattress, and he took her around the store like an adult, explaining how she should feel in a new bed.He was professional, knew the products he was selling, and made this whole mattress ordeal so much easier than I had anticipated. Steve took his time to show me several different types of beds, gave me demonstrations of the adjustable beds and he made sure I got a great deal! I shopped during a sale of free adjustable bed frame with purchase, however, they were out of stock. Instead of making me wait for them to get more Steve UPGRADED me to the higher priced model for FREE. He made sure my bed was delivered that night AND also adjusted my delivery fee’s to save me an additional $50. In the end I saved over $2149!! Steve worked with us .We went in first day just comparison, so we could check out sleep number store . We went back to Steve 2 days later and bought the purple 3 split king with another adjustable base. BEST decision we ever made .We slept great starting first night, a week so far and I personally feel so much healthier getting great nights rest. We took a visit to our local Mattress Firm after I happened to see the store was selling Purple mattresses, you have a Jersey Mikes, which is right next door so go try out some beds and pick up lunch, or visit one of the many restaurants up & down RT#44 from Japanese, to American, Mexican, and more....We went in on a Saturday and were greeted by Steve (Stephen) who made the visit easy and informative without pressure, (I had it in my head already we may purchase online given the price, though I prefer to keep our brick & motors in business.).Yes Purple and many others offer the easy return if you dont like it, though its a hassle compared to walking in a local store and trying out the mattress in person. At the end of the walk-in we decided on a mattress, Steve gave us a great deal, not to be beat online and was a pleasure to work with.
