Honest and reliable..computing at its best

CTS is my go to for computer parts locally. The big box stores are a joke when it comes to component parts. I often shop online for my components but some things just cant wait. I cant recall ever leaving without the parts I needed for my repairs over the past 10 or so years.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and they are able to get a lot of parts that other stores cant get right now.

These guys are the most helpful around anywhere. Markups are average but service is above top quality. Those guys have saved me from unneeded purchases and helped me diagnose my repair before selling me a part every time. Hung and everyone else in there, great work over many years.

I called around for a cheap Windows XP computer I needed for tuning my car. Usually you get haggled with smaller businesses since they have to keep up with the competition. Got nothing but the best service and the owner knew all the hardware/software specs off the top of his head. Cant get this kind of knowledge or service for quadruple the price I paid at a Best Buy. Will go again, and have already recommended friends to go.

Dealing with CTS since 1995 and Im surprised I have never reviewed them before now. Hung Tran is probably the most helpful person Ive ever met and hes always willing to help the customer in any way he can. I have referred him to a great number of people all of whom referred their friends and acquaintances to CTS as well. He can build you a monster of a computer cheaper than the ones that sit on store shelves for 5 to 6 months at a time - fading into obsolescence before you even buy it. He can build you a machine with cutting-edge technology more times than not cheaper than the ones on the store shelves. As always, any computer you purchase from CTS qualifies for free installation of the upgrades - you pay only for the part and never pay so much is a dime for the installation of said product. always gotten my computer back in a very timely manner Ive never had to bring it back for any adjustments or Corrections or because something is wrong it is always done right the first time and I love them for that. I have been using CTS Computers for about 20 years. If you want someone who knows their stuff and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg they are the best. Not to mention honest. After my first visit i knew i was dealing with good people. All of the staff is very knowledgeable. I have bought many computers, toner and laptops. They will work with you and not try to get you to buy stuff you dont need. Virus are butt kicked. I highly recommend them

I called just after Christmas and told them that I was getting a message on my laptop that the AC adaptor had a problem and that dell told me I needed either a new battery or a new input. They took my name and number down, and said if they could find the part theyd let me know. Over a month later, I called to see what was going on and they said theyve had my part and to come in. I went in and they insisted I gave them the wrong model of my computer, which I 100% did not and then they told me I only asked for a new battery, which is also wrong, but they didnt even get the right battery anyway. Then they told me if I wanted my computer fixed, Id have to either leave it there, or come back in 2 weeks and pay them $150 because they ordered the wrong parts. Really upset, because I really need my computer for school, and now its still busted, never coming back to this place.

Says its because of lack of cooling and not enough watts on psu. I bought all new parts except from cpu and gpu. Turns out gpu is bad.

Raynham location.Brought my laptop in for a corrupted bootfile after an auto update back in 2012. While I was waiting the manager made 2 phone calls to customers saying they needed new hard drives, I got a bad feeling but dropped it off anyway and explained the issue.Of course I get a call two weeks later and he says I need a new hard drive $90 plus $60 for the diagnostic & install.I went in to pick up the laptop after refusing his diagnosis and argued that the odds of the hard drive being damaged after an auto update are tiny. I said it just needed to be wiped and have a fresh windows install. He said no way, its the hard drive and charged me $60 and sent me on my way with my broken hard drive. So I took it upon myself to wipe the hard drive with the appropriate software and reinstall windows, then updated, and its 5 YEARS LATER & THE LAPTOP STILL RUNS FLAWLESSLY WITH THE SAME ALLEGEDLY BROKEN HARD DRIVE! So folks, thats all you need to know about this business and how they make their money. I decided to write this review 5 years later because I saw they were still in business and I cant imagine how many people they have taken advantage of since then. Raynham deserved better.

Charges $300 for a GTX 1050ti, and $200 for PC3 RAM. Very high prices, need to lower them!!!
