She accepted my order over emails but took the extra step and called me to securely obtain payment information.The package arrived on time with a hand written Thank You note.Very professional...Highly recommended!!!

Had very old and sentimental family photos to make copies of. John was very helpful and friendly.the photos came out great and were done in no time!

Cant ship for ups here, says they pack and ship here everywhere but they dont do it, i take it has false advertising, also dont return amazon items i was informed. Even tho on multiple websites it says they do.

Terrible experience. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I simply went there to purchase a modem so I could lower my cable bill. Long story short I ended up leaving there with what I was told was a modem and a router but it was only a router. So I wasted a lot of time going back and forth. I purchased what I needed somewhere else and well try to never do business there again

If you are willing to go to an actual store for things, this one checks all the boxes. Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Good services. Also good for drop shipping UPS packages.

Staples as a whole gets 3.5 stars. Usually decent selection of goods. Luke in the print / copy / UPS area gets 5 stars. If youre dealing with him your order will be correctly executed.

Ive seen different staple stores more organized. This one just seems like if its new, they dont have many electronics. The store just seems a little empty.

I went in with needing copies of a document things got complicated as the people that requested the documents require different things but the Asian kid Luke was right there with me every step of the way making my life way easier I know its just an another chain but confident people make life so much easier and Ill drive to this location rather than a closer one

Helpful services, and helpful staff. Good color printing, on posterboard, foamcore and everything. Knowledgeable staff, and at the copy area as well as on the floor and at the registers.And I have to say, the faxes are a little bit expensive per page ( roundabout 160 Add per page sent), but it was a lot faster than walking each page to California. :-)

I used to go here all the time and get exactly what I wanted and super quick. Then they took away the option to email the store directly, they apparently cant make any layout changes, you have to be approved to get something you purchase off etsy and their online ordering can be very difficult to use. Finding a new print shop asap. I find the newer print shop people to be less than friendly.

I mainly go to the in-house UPS drop-off, but its convenient if I need something else.

Awful customer service! I put in a complaint because I forgot a bag with 30.00 worth of business card holders at the register. When i called i was told no record of my purchase on the 30th but they found a recent purchase. I filled out a survey last night regarding my purchase on the same date. This morning I get a call from customer service telling me I made mistake. The only mistake I made was using your company. Off to Yelp and the BBB.

What I mean is that one person will be in the Print Dept. But yet there will literally be staff all around the empty store asking me if I need help and Ill say yes in the Print Dept. Im sorry I dont work in that Dept.! I think its considered a separate part of the store? R.I.P. 😥

In-store is always way to busy for the amount of staff. Trying to call the store is a nightmare. On hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I call twice same problem on a Monday at 2:30 pm. Cant believe it was so busy someone couldnt answer the phone.

Ugh i was gonna buy a backpack because it was on sale but the lady Chloe said the other lady said that it wasnt one of the brand that was on sale and i knew for a fact that it was yo this is trash staples is trash yall whoever readin this is trash
