Im all for supporting small businesses even if it means paying a little more even though not really a fan of GE Appliances. Different family members and I have used them for sales and service over the years.No longer use repair service though. Had an issue with a 5 year old stove, not bought from them, said wasnt worth looking at and should just get a new one. Called another place that came out and fixed it in less than 30 min. A few weeks later had a dryer issue, again not brought from them, was an older machine and would not have put a lot of money it but wanted to at least get it looked at. Gave Clarks another chance, same thing, wouldnt even come look it. Called other place that looked at stove, in and out and fixed in less than an hour for a lot cheaper than a new dryer would have cost.Bought an appliance there a few years ago but nothing sense so cant say how sales department is still but will no longer use them for service.

I walked into the store on I believe Thursday, February 5 while the man at the counter by the door was on the phone and not wearing a mask. I proceeded to the back of the room where I thought the bargain appliances might be. A moment later the same person walks up to me and asks me to put my mask on. I complied but my mask kept falling off my nose but still covered my mouth. I kept putting it back up. I finally got so frustrated that I left out really upset. He seemed more concerned with my mask than anything else. They also refused to let me use the restroom, sending me to the Dollar store a few hundred feet away, which also turned down my plea. They were lucky that I didnt pee on their floor. What I will give the man credit for iss calling me sir and also giving me the name and number of a man that sells used appliances. Nevertheless, I may never ever return to that store!

I called Clark’s appliance To find a part for my refrigerator after calling another local parts store Who was unable to help me. The lady I spoke to was kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to find my part which was nice. She provided good customer service which is hard to come by these days. As soon as my part arrived someone called and I picked it up. Works great ! Thank you!

I would give negative stars if I could. They demanded I keep space and wear a mask, but refused to wear a mask in my own home. They lied and said they werent required to and have been delivery maskless since March. Public Health stated that they had been contacted about them before and had sent warnings and Clarks denied it. If you got an appliance delivered and later got sick, consider who was in your house.

5 star service from manager Pam, and excellent products...however shockingly pitiful service from delivery man named Jack. Stubbornly refused to wear a mask, a visor, or rubber gloves...appeared intentionally willing to endanger me and my family. Have you heard of Covid 19, Jack...? Whether you are disrespectful and uncaring or not, I will pray that you dont contract it.

I was looking for a replacement part for my refrigerator. The gentleman assisting me was very friendly. Informed me they do not offer a lot of replacement parts and recommended where to purchase. The store was clean and looked like a wonderful place to purchase complete appliances.

Got a great deal on a washer and dryer about 5 years ago. I’ve never had a problem with the exception of a plastic dryer knob cracking- the staff was very knowledgeable about the issue and ordered me a reinforced metal part. I was back to doing laundry in 24 hours.

Freaking amazing! All I needed was a 4 prong dryer cord and seemed like nobody had one. I called just about every company on google and they said “we can order one” ... if I wanted to order one I’d get on amazon.This place has one and I picked it up real quick!Thank you!!!!!!!

If I could put a negative 10 on my review I would. Pam is the worst business person in the world for two and a half months they had my order and my money. She did not produce the product that she sold me. Every time I called it was another excuse. I would not spend my money at this business!!!!

My day could not have started out worse, our family dog died that morning and I was trying to put some order back in my life, so I started loading my dishwasher, pushed the start button and … nothing. It was an old dishwasher, I knew it was going out. I called Clarks and they were having a sale (lucky me) and I wondered if there was any way we could make this happen today (It was already about 10:30 am), I had taken the day off to deal with our beloved pet and knew that I didnt want to put more time into this than I had to, but I needed it dealt with, sooner than later. I drove up there (noon), saw what they had in stock, got a full demo and explanation and made arrangements for them to install by 2:00. GE, made in America. I was sold. It was truly amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and pretty flexible. By late afternoon I already had my 1st clean load of dishes. Wow, a disaster of a day made gentler, kinder.

Everyone you speak with is nice, however they are unequipped to handle anything that is major. Work I needed done they could not complete and referred me to GE, however still charged me $100. Honestly, they did not do anything but diagnose the problem and still charged me $100. Very frustrating experience.

Purchased a GE stove and washer. The stove is the new computerized isse. Temp cooks well, but the settings are very confusing and if you ever used the older models DO NOT BUY THE LATEST GE MODEL. Makes no difference whether it was the normal electrical burner or the new flat glass model, the issue is with the settings - not much follow up training was given.Washer: GE - 2018 model. Washes okay, so far, had one year. If you are use to the older stop when you want and restart at any setting, forget it. It is all computerized and does not react properly without lessions in operation. You receive nothing. Even the delivery just goes thru it one time,; I had to have a plummer explain the stupid washer to me and with I had not bought it. If I could unload it to some other computer idiot I would.TY
