For weeks I have been paying $6.51 for a benefit that was added to my account without my knowledge. I noticed it the first week, looked in to it, and decided to keep it, because it offered a payment waiver in the case of accident, health issue, loss of work... With the pandemic going, and my husband being a driver, I like that extra coverage. Well, they called this morning, as my payment on Saturday was missed. I let them know my husband had surgery at the VA, and was out of work, and I needed to use that benefit. To which the man told me We dont have anything like that, we have a new promo... I questioned what I was paying for, and told him I saw it listed as a benefit, that I could screenshot it. He said mm hmmm as if I was lying. Later in the conversation he said I hadnt been a customer long enough. He kept mentioning a new promo, which after getting off the phone to call corporate, I figured out what he was trying to do.. He is trying to get me to restart an agreement, after I have already paid a few hundred $. I need this help, and was treated very rudely, was told If you dont want to make the payment, we can just come pick it up. I never said I didnt want to pay, I said I had fallen on a hard time, and needed help. Thanks RAC, for the empathy and kindness. Screen shot of benefit included, yeah there are like 3 courtesy waivers listed there, but Im not eligible.

Love the people here. They are great and help a lot. Phil is great as well as Brennan. If they dont have what Im looking for they go above and beyond to get it.

The manger of that store is horrible! Trust me! Go to the Grandview location! They know how to treat and talk to customers!

Great staff and this very beautiful lady working. Im not sure but i think her name was ashanae. She was very knowledgeable on everything and answered all of my questions.

Friendly staff, excellent help. I went up with two toddlers, and they were very efficient, not to mention patient. John greeted me at the door making me feel very welcome, and Chris was an excellent help at getting me the perfect laptop. :)

I will never recommend this store as long as John is there I have a great job make great money they didnt even have the right box spring and charge me for it they want to take items back if u Kate one day even when they know u will pay never rent from this store
