Not only did the mechanic take my car for a test drive, check out several items on the car, and tell me that if it was his car he wouldnt fix the issue, but ALSO he couldnt hear the sound my car was making, so he got in my car to let me drive him around so he could hear and diagnose. Very kind of them (I know this was partially because it wasnt a super busy day for them, thankfully)I was able to work in the waiting area, with my own hotspot, accompanied by a wholesome tv show in the background.Several of my friends have come here and have had good experiences. I feel confident that they will do what they say, make the best diagnosis they know how, and not pressure me to fix things that dont need to be fixed. Thankful for the honest and above-and-beyond service. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Skelly. Lorrie and Rob were patient with my questions and consistently updated me on the progress of my car and what /why things needed to be done. They also told me what was most important so that I could fix things in order of need. The pricing was good, in my opinion, and the whole process made me feel comfortable with my car repair. I suggest talking to them about your car needs. Ill be returning when my car has future repairs required.

I’m sitting here now, Thursday 2/25/2021, and I’m having my car inspected. My wait time..2 minutes..!!The office staff and the mechanics are extremely nice. Probably the nicest people that I have come across in the last 20 years. They have made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Please one here and give them your business. They deserve it.

Honest mechanics. Expert mechanics and by far fair pricing. Friendly and knowledgable service. Ive had other mechanics tell me problems were wrong and going to cost a fortune, but Raytown Skelly told me the actual deal and saved me money.. and fixed it right and did the same for my friends I recommended to them. On another occasion i had a somekind of noise I could hear slightly under the hood on the engine. I took it to be looked at by 3 other mechanics who told me they didnt know. The raytown skelly owner listened to it for only 2 seconds and knew exactly what it was and fixed it on the spot. Raytown skelly is a bussiness with good character.
