Extremely good customer service and experience. We had a back window bubbling they were able to remove and replace with a matching tint. The car was completed well in advance of their estimate.

I just left from having my truck windows tinted. I stopped in on Tuesday and set an appointment for today. They got my vehicle in and got busy on it. A little over an hour later I was driving it home and I couldnt be happier. Since the truck wouldnt completely fit in the bay they had to leave the door up. I didnt go inside the bay but I did hang out and just watch. We talked about all kinds of things while the work was being done. Any questions I had about how or why they did something they were happy to answer all of my questions. Not sure Ill ever need tinting again but if I do I already know where Im going!

They did a excellent job on my windows and the detailing was unbelievable. Didnt take as long as I thought it would. They were a little busy but Jordan got right on it . I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Very. Very HAPPY. LOOKS GREAT THANKS JORDAN AND SARAH.

It took a little over an hour to do my husbands entire Kia Optima window tint. Service was great. Staff is very friendly and they are very well priced.

Pulled in asking about lifetime warranty on tint I had done in 2006, bubbling on driver side door. Employee called owner, who bought company from his Uncle as he worked at the shop, says since he didnt own the company at the time hes not going to honor the lifetime warranty!

If you want accessories(tint) Latino Worker ( Manager)wont do business with you if your car is older than 10 years old. If youre older than 30 and ask for a deal you definitely will get turned away. So if you are not young and are coming in to shop to spend at least $500 dont waste your time. They also give a average price on phone, once you get to shop and your not young and ready to spend a lot of money you will be turned away.

June 2020 I tried to have my Mustang tinted had a set appointment to remove old tint and install new. Employee was complaining about removing the old which I was paying extra to have done. The owner that was supposed to be there as we had arranged a quick ride home while they had the car was nowhere to be seen and I had started to walk home after waiting 20 minutes but decided to just cancel the job and get it done elsewhere based on principle don’t say you’ll do something then be late. Over promising and under delivering as if you had said no I would have arranged other ride. Tried to let them redeem themselves by having them do a simple tint job on my Cmax nothing to remove so should be no complaints from their employees. To learn they don’t want the business which is fine that is a businesses right. I was the bigger man offered a chance for a local business at redemption but unfortunately once bad service always bad service. This business is the only one I’ve had such a poor experience at but after this felt the whole story should be shared. In the end my world moves on as there are plenty of options for quality window tint my guess is the business could use the paying customers.

I had my windows tinted last week and Jordan was quick to respond via email and answered all my questions prior to my appointment. There were some minor issues that I noticed the next day, called and Jordan was quick to resolve the issue without question. The only thing I can complain about is it took longer than I was told and the brow is not even all the way across the windshield. It is minor but noticeable ( I have OCD). Overall, it was a decent job done.

The stars I give are for the guy that did the work he was nice an respectful and all that he should have been but the missing stars are for the guy that answers the phone when calling about my tint peeling on 3 different windows an not getting the product I requested they are no where near the darkness I requested and when you are called about it an respond with “your not playing games “ if I want it done right I need to pay again for the service “ and hang up on people na I’ll be peeling the rest of the tint off and returning it and politely request one more time for either a refund or to make it right if I still get attitude an you refuse I will make it a legal matter but to the guy doing the work he was respectful and nice the whole time

I tinted two cars with them and they do take all day. Literally dropped it off early morning and picked up at 5.But they have zero loyalty to their customers.. I called Monday and the gentleman said sure yah being your third car Friday. But when I called today to confirm the time tomorrow, he said they are busy and my appointment now is Wednesday and also informed me the price now is 225$ when both cars i did previously was 160$. Is this how you treat a return customer? Obviously I will take my business elsewhere where they are getting me in tomorrow for 140$ with lifetime warranty.I will make it a poin to promote to other business to my follow cerner coworkers, the other place already agreed to setup a cerner discount abd its short driver from our campus.Maybe dont price gauge and respect your appointment.

I went there to have a Remote Start installed. It turns out my car already had one but the remotes needed to be reprogramed. Justin was able to do that in no time. Even though he could have told me that I needed one of his systems he was very honest and just helped me with the reprograming. Thanks.

Went in to have my windows tinted and they guys there were very nice. Unfortunately, later after having the work done I noticed air bubbles in the tent, my back window was blurry that evening when looking out. Called to voice my concerns and the guy that answered very nonchalant said, ...those things a normal in the beginning. I would not recommend using this place. I now have to take my car back in for this poor work to be done correctly, after paying $167!

Called in without an appointment and got me in that day even though they were packed. Had better prices than almost everywhere else I called. Stayed open past hours for me to pick up my car. Tinting looks fantastic and customer service was top notch.

Got my windows tinted here in 2009, and it never once peeled or discolored. Still looks nice. Will be talking my new car here soon.

The dealership I bought my vehicle would of sold me life time warranty tinting. Luckily I declined.Auto trim design installed the exact same warrantied tint for HALF PRICE.As if that wasnt sweet enough. Found out they do the tinting for that dealership! Solid service, not a ton of attention to detail installing my stop start system, but it works as it should. They were somewhat friendly and were willing to change settings on my alarm system for me.

Bad customer service..

I only wanted my windows tented instead got the run around after missing my appointment. Luckily I had another appointment set for the next Monday at another tenter that has life time fade warranty along with bubbles and cracking for 15$ more

The guy is nice and the CHEAPEST in town and out. He also offers remote starters and you can get an app with it so if your not close to your keys, you can start your car from you phone!
