The wait to check out is consistently a very long wait. Additionally, they locked up all of the nicotine replacement products. I have to try to find anyone willing to unlock the case. Typically, after waiting at least 30 minutes, I call the store and ask that they send someone to assist. The customer service is extremely poor. When the Walmart here was a smaller store, it was wonderful.
This is my favorite Walmart Of All Times anywhere in the United States love this Walmart easy to navigate through helpful workers and great prices on their Meats & produce.
This Wal-Mart location is trash. The whole staff. I guess that’s what I get for shopping Wal-Mart. I placed orders for pick up 8 hours in advance. Eight. Hours. And would you imagine my order still managed to be delayed by 30+ minutes. I guess my only solace is that they work at Wal-Mart and I don’t. They absolutely deserve this job.
Whoever does the deliveries needs to be fired. They deliver groceries to an apartment and leave the groceries outside the apartment door for anyone to take. Ask to sign for your deliverys but noone stays at the door for me to sign.They just leave your groceries on the ground and leave. Im just completely put out by Walmarts indifferance to this problem. This isnt just one isolated incident,. this has happened three times . Im disabled is the only reason why I dealt.with them.
There are never any carts. Customers have to go locate their own almost every single time I go to 40 highway location. Yesterday I went to the 350 location. They always have carts but the employees gathering for online customers are almost always in the way

Staff was super helpful! We pre-shopped on website to ensure items were in stock & to find the aisles where they were located.
Cant go to this location anytime after 4 p.m. on any given day there will only be two cashiers and only one of the self-checkouts will be open lines going all the way to electronic department not to mention when you go looking for food almost every single aisle is empty Friday through Wednesday also rarely are anyone helpful if they acknowledge you asking for help at all
Had 1 cashier open and just a few self checks open at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. Waited over 30 minutes in the express lane to check out. Shelves were bare and we ended up having to go to Lees Summit to their Walmart to get the rest of our shopping done.
Can we talk about your horrendous lines and rude customer service people. Went to customer service twice and both times watched the kid with the bright red hair we rude and argue with people.
Apparently when two people are shopping, you arent allowed to go through self checkout even if each person has less than 25 items. If youre going to have this rule then open more lanes during peak hours. The lady at self checkout was rude about it too which made the experience worse.
It was pretty late in the night, but customer service was still very well attended and it was a complete team effort so I would certainly refer this
Great variety of items. Usually clean and items are easy to find. Fair to poor service. Usually not enough personnel to help to find items nor to assist the disabled and elderly persons.
They don’t have a good selection of anything. The shelves are basically empty. I didn’t find most of the items I went for.I did find the cricut tool I needed and the manager was helpful in price matching it to the price listed on Walmart.com
Never enough stock, not even with pet food, self checkout has a longer wait than cashier,one lane of course. Never seen a Walmart in so much disarray
Enjoyed the outing. Not too crowded. Lanes were open to keep the distance between customers. Sales as usual. well stocked shelves.
Was forced to stand outside in the rain for 20 minutes before being allowed in the building to deliver their groceries. Thats how Walmart treats their truck drivers

They say 40 highway is the worst McDonalds with 350 highway is the worst their head staff or management leads or whatever theyre horrible theyre just absolutely horrible they all need to be fired you need to have a friendly upbeat staff that isnt passing judgment because they had an experience from a long time ago Im sorry I shopped there but if theres ever another Walmart thats closer to me go there the district manager should be on them on Friday every register from 2:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. you should have those registers filled with staff working them since you only allowed 25 at the checkout self-serve but you need to staff those registers when you have more than 10 people in a line thats too many people and not enough staff cheap cheap why have the registers if you dont hire the staff ridiculous

I went there to pick up a web order, after 15 min someone came to the pickup kiosk, asked my name and went to the area where pickups are supposed to be stored.. then I was told it wasnt there but at some unclear place at the back of the store.. when I questioned why it wasnt at the place I was told to go, the clerk went somewhere at returned with my purchase. Fast and smooth this was not!

This Walmart is not very well stocked most the time with things that we need when we need them, and it is too often unclean. I give it three stars because management and staff are really patient and great with customers, and the more I visit it, the more I appreciate it; it was simply surprising how much trash and mismanaged shelving I saw on my first few visits.

Long lines. Shelves a mess..looked like day after apocolypse, and the bathrooms hadnt been touched with a towel in at least a few days..see the dust on the seat liner dispenser? Gross!! They dont need anymore bad help, I feel for those who work with those that stand around like its high school often blocking the aisles. Not the place to go if u have PTSD, respect does not exist here.
Went there for groceries. Extremely disappointed. Rotten tomatillos. No mangos. Bad yogurt selection. Sold out of so much. You think Wal-Mart is supposed to be cheaper than a regular grocery store. But its more expensive and set up so you just keep adding garbage to your cart

My first time into this Walmart. The door greeter was very friendly. The order I was picking up was ready and the employee that helped me was very pleasant to deal with.

I was at Walmart this Saturday evening looking to buy some patio furniture. I went to the garden area to find it. All the furniture was in boxes on the shelf. None were marked with a price and the price tags on the shelving was either missing or in the wrong place. An associate walked by and I asked if anyone was working in that department. She shook her head no and walked on. I found an outdoor rug I wanted and had to wrestle it out of the holder it was in. While doing this I cut my arm on the shelving so I decided to just check out. There were two check lanes open on a Saturday evening. I went to the fast check lane and asked the cashier if she had a kleenex or paper towel I could use to keep from getting blood on anything. She just looked around and said no. I asked for a piece of paper towel that was on the counter behind her. She walked over and just looked at it and looked at me. I had blood running down my arm. She mumbled this wont do. I said yes it will may I please have a piece. She finally tore off a piece and gave it to me. I paid and left. Worst service ever. Many shelves are empty, everything looks like after a black Friday sale, and no one to help you or knows how to help you. I recently moved here from northwest Arkansas and you would never see a Walmart in this condition down there. The upside here is there is an abundance of other stores to choose from in this area. I dont like that you have to pull up to call for order. Other Walmarts have employees waiting at the door and outside to guarantee speedy service.

I tend to avoid this one because the parking lot is a pain in the butt to navigate. Inside tends to be okay, but I remember them not doing much (read: anything) to account for Covid safety last year (even compared to other Walmarts). Outside of that, not much to complain about.
The store is ok. The workers were very helpful when I asked where a particular item was located 😊 My only complaint was the store was out of the items I went in to get.
During a countywide mask mandate, there were several customers AND employees failing to comply. Upon checkout, I was asked by an older white female cashier (who later failed to identify herself, and even made it a note to clip her namebadge on in a fashion which it could not be read). The cashier asked me how my experience was, and I informed her of my observations and my desire for a place asbusy as Wal-Mart why they dont enforce it. She stated it was their policy that all employees wear masks, but they could not make customers wear them. I explained to her that the manager CAN instruct the (off-duty?) Jackson County deputy working for Wal-Mart could. Lobg story short, she went to look for manager, came back, and I told that was fine, if she could just express my displeasure. She said (quote) I cant find the manager, and you need to stop yelling at me about this matter. Im just a cashier! I told I never raised my voice and asked the two customers in line behind me as well as the cashiers on either side if they heard me yelling at her. All four stated they did not hear me yell. At this point, I turned to her and said I havent yelled at you....yet. But (in a slightly louder voice) if youd like, I can CERTAINLY make a scene about it! She (Ill call her Karen) then went to the Moneygram counter and said something to one of her associates. I demanded a manager come to the check-out lane because I was not pleased with her attitude! My point is this: If you buy something too large to be bagged, Wal-Mart wants to stop you and ask for your receipt, regardless how much other merchandise IS in bags and they IMMEDIATELY treat you like a criminal (by the way, its a 4th Amendment violation), but their loss prevention officer (deputy) cant enforce a county AND NATIONWIDE mask mandate???? I guess all one needs to do is claim they contracted Covid when they bought something that was contaminated by those who werent wearing a mask and have a MASSIVE lawsuit for negligence as well as numerous healthcode violations before they learn.

Was yelled at by a maintenance worker for asking why the money center wasnt open at 6 when google clearly stated its open at 6. Then the manager came over and was rude as well. This Walmart reminds me of Popcopy from the Chapelle Show.
Many shelves empty. Absolutely never enough check out lines open. Whatever I go to get they are always out of that item.
It was ok they definately need more cashiers the lines are ridiculous and they do not clean the baskets properly.
If your looking for plumbing hardware (fixtures) .Youll be better off going to a hardware store like lowes or Home Depot. Wal-Mart only carries the basic s.

A lot of these employees are rude and nonchalant but when I ask a manager for help and they tell me to wait on another person n keeps walking wow just wow!!!I was in the self-checkout Lane and was told by a manager that they couldnt help me because they didnt work over there and they walked away basically telling me to wait for the man that was there working with another person. Then he stops just a few feet away laughing n talking to an employee who had been just standing there....smh

I dont understand how you can go from one side of town and service is fluid. You come in this area and you have poor customer service, slow cashiers and rude customers. Double checked receipt and no surprise, I was double charged for a single item and now have to wait in line and in this poorly ran store longer than wanted.
Todays experience was awful lines wrapped around the store self checkout is card only so I opted to do that but would have choose otherwise if I knew Id get harrased about it. It you feel you need to ask if I scanned everything you may as well just check me out instead of coming over there every 2 seconds to ask if I scanned this that and the third. I already have 3 kiddos im shopping with make my experience a little less stressful. Thanks in advance
Its another Walmart, like most of the others. It is a clean store and seems to keep things in stock decently. One of the greeters is probably the friendliest Ive seen in the dozens Ive been to all over the country.All Walmarts have various little issues, but this one isnt bad.
Can find most items I need even with high demand for some due to the pandemic and the high demand for Lysol and rubbing alcohol and other cleaning products. Disappointed they still havent returned to its 24 hours of operations causing me to miss many days where I could have shopped there. Products and prices are very reasonable and good quality food and other products and clothing. But they tend to run out of the favored clothing sizes in womens clothing. But love this store. Plenty of parking but lighting in parking lot could be brighter at night-time.

NO register open in the garden center, even though they had 2 employees at the door a and a 3rd hanging out on the lawn furniture playing with her phone (Im guessing she was on break, but right next to the registers). 3 registers open up from and 5+ people in line at each.TL;DR - same as can be expected any day!

I dont really like Walmart in general, to be honest. Its not very clean, there are items that are out of stock (which I know isnt always Walmart fault) and the employees constantly have their giant Carts of merch in the way to restock the shelves, even when there isnt an employee near by. Also, the employees dont actually where most items are! One of every 5 employees might be able to tell me where an item is, even if theyre literally working in the area where the item youre trying to find is! And they wont try to find another employee to ask or anything!
Went to pick up an item in the pharmacy that is now behind a locked case. Two calls for someone to unlock it...one call to the store manager and 24 min later Im still waiting. Totally unacceptable. If they are going to lock it.....mayyyyybe a smart idea to give pharmacy a key.
This is definitely one of the better Walmarts. They have come a long way.

My preferred location due to nearest. However, lines are always long, not enough cashiers or self checkouts available. Isles stay impeded at night! Cant cross over lanes. Super slow. Dont bother calling into store. Youll be left ringing, transferred to unnecessary unlimited useless inquiries, & on read! Must do better in customer services & value the customers time. Takes way too long to do anything in this store location.
Was looking for a 27 inch inner tube for my bicycle they did not have one was dissatisfied with that but was a pleasant experience none the less.

The parking lot is filthy. The store inside isnt much better. The self checkout is always a hassle and almost never had any registers that accept cash (because I guess people who operate on good old American dollars and not upon credit cards are going to try to steal their precious bargain bin merchandise that smells like the sweatshops it was created in) so you get to stand in line just to wait to be told to go stand in another. Oh and if you need help they treat like youre trying to sabotage their system.

Its a zoo, as any major shopping arena set up is made to be, lots of uncourteous individuals shopping, adolescents hired to earn a wage, but really dont want to be there, and get what you can as the inventory fluctuates

This Walmart is clean and very organized. It has a little different layout than the other stores and a really nice arts and crafts section. They are always stocked up, if you need it... they have it!
