As far as Family Dollars go, this one is pretty good. They do a good job (better than formerly) Im keeping the shelves stocked and the staff is always friendly. If youre looking for low-cost necessities is there a good store to visit. Just dont buy food because it tends to be overpriced, particularly in the refrigerated items.

Your basic Family Dollar. What I dont like is the store layout. It doesnt make any sense! It seems to be in no particular order, which made it hard to find some things. For example, I needed a couple things from the baby aisle and I lapped the store 3 times and went to checkout. And there it was..the baby aisle is located right up front next to the registers! Odd location. Maybe that stuff gets stolen more than other stuff? IDK? But, super annoying. Also, they didnt seem to even carry a few basic items I ran in there for.

This is the first store Ive seen since the pandemic began - to ever be so perfectly stocked and organized!! Not something we are used to here in raytown. Great job folks!!

I had to shop Christmas Eve. Internet said open until 10:00 they made it very clear they were closing at 9:00 when I was in the store I was at the register before they closed before the 9:00 time. Yes, its Christmas eve. Im sorry Im shopping. Do I want to be? No. Dont count on good customer service. I was berated and belittled talked down to being told that I knew what I was doing as if it was malicious during my entire transaction of almost $100. Do you know how much stuff that is at the family dollar?? You know dont get a job there if you dont want to work hours like that thats what retail is bro. Daytime this place is better I think but... I will never come back here and Im sure they dont care. Theres another one about a mile down the road keep on going to it. Merry Christmas to the oh so kind employees that helped me Christmas Eve in the year 2020 you made it very memorable. thank you.

This afternoon was my 1st time shopping in this Family Dollar, 63rd & Raytown Rd. Was looking for small pictures for bathroom. Out of luck, not in stock. Trying to avoid Walmarts but I guess thats where Ill have to go.

No mask was worn by the worker. Mask mandate was not in place either. A shopper was in there wearing no mask either.

Friendly, more cashiers to check you out. Employees always busy stocking. I like this Family Dollar.

Store was clean & the staff were very kind. Most of all I respected them all for wearing mask to help prevent spreading this nasty virus to the public. Wished all stores were like that!👍
