The service here was good, but after my visit, I had to actually sit here and edit and update the location on my Google Maps, due to the fact that it always sends me further down the street near Car Toyz and Major Thrift! I really hope that my edit and updated info, plus a pic will help others to avoid the frustration!

Really scary when the people who handle your medications can not give you straight answers. I have asked so many times to stop calling me several times a day that I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the FCC. The FCC rep told me that this is a common complaint with CVS but the local pharmacy can help sometimes. Not this place, they are hands off with any real complaints and file it under not their problem. Hopefully they will get fined by regulators otherwise dont give them your real number unless you love robo calls several times a day including weekends.

Google location is not correct its between the taco bell and McDonalds

This pharmacy is the worst in the planet every single since June of 2019 my meds were to mailed to my house instead they are sent to different addresses or they tell me they been mailed when they have not . every single I have to call them to find out where my meds are every month they tell me we got got it worked out what a lie . I am a cancer patient I can not deal with incompetent people so now I am changing pharmacies. How these people manage to retain their jobs I have no idea the whole place needs to be shut down before they cause someone dangerous harm so goodbye and good riddance

Worst place to get tested I had my appointment scheduled for 11 o’clock I’ve been waiting in this line for over an hour how is it that you have this many people here waiting but the appointments are scheduled almost 30 minutes apart.

At this point I want to give negative stars. I had to schedule a Covid-19 test online just to get here with NO signage for Covid testing... Finally find out its the same line as RX pickup outside .. get in line at 340 and it is now 415... And the first car is still at the window .. Im 3 cars back, at this rate Ill be here an hour.. When I went inside there were 5 pharmacist/techs behind the counter... This is ridiculous... And I used to work for CVS.

Waiting in line for my child’s prescription 20 minutes now while the employee is on her phone in the drive thru and helped 3 cars AFTER she asked for my information. You don’t treat people like this without even acknowledging that there will be a delay. I will never in life come back here again ever.

I arrived close to closing. The store was clean and shelves organized. Ian gave me great advice about treating an allergy rash and some suggestions for dealing with bandages that were painful to remove. He was very polite and knowledgeable!

They are always busy and not given enough by cooperate to run a full capcity.. And they still manage to help with a smile and friendly demeanor. Jackie especially always makes me feel special.

Rude cashier named latonya

Tried to return an item and apparently something was wrong with my receipt. I gave it to Richard, their cashier, and it came back with an error saying I had already returned it. This most certinaly did not happen and I informed him of that but he refused to try and input the information again. Given his attitude was very accusatory and unapologetic, I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently this was the manager, which I find this baffling because he has absolutely no interpersonal commutation skills whatsoever (something any other company would find paramount as it is most definitely bad for business). Normally I would have let this go, but since Richard seemed to imply that I had stolen the product, I returned with a bank statement. He refused to read it...I assume because he lacks the capability🤷‍♀️ and said there was nothing he could do. I highly doubt this because any other manager at any reputable business has these override capabilities but that is neither here nor there. I said it was not the fact that he would not accept the item back but his poor demeanor and unapologitic attitude that I had an issue with. He finally said sorry in a very insincere manner befitting a 5 year old threatened with the revocation of recess privileges for the week. He FINALLY offered up a number I could call which I think is only because he felt pressured. I would have totally been happy with this information to begin with, had he politely given me this information in the first place. Although I may have thought in the back of my mind that he was incompetent, I would have been happy to go elsewhere. My issue was the complete lack of professionalism and smugness of the manager. I definitely think less of CVS as a company for hiring someone that really isn’t suited for interfacing with clientele...period. Luckily I have noticed managers at this particular CVS don’t last long, so hopefully I can return to edit this review within a month and note the great improvements that the Raytown CVS has made with their staff🤞With all that being said, please excuse my rant. I rarely write reviews and this probably wasn’t worth it, but I do thank google reviews for the great level of catharsis it has made available to me❤️

Been on hold for hours before even talking to somone

Out of prescription. Other stores have it but they can’t get it for me. This is happening more and more since they changed supplier. Only getting worse. Been 2 weeks don’t known how long I have to wait

Its always a hassle having to do anything in this CVS. Rude staff, inefficient pharmacy, store looks like it was made out of an old Kmart, and smells like one, also. Go to Walgreens, they mop the floors, have stuff in stock, and they finished customer care classes.

No one was in line except us and there was absolutely no staff helping for 10mins. Customer service doesnt seem to exist here. Well take our familys RXs elsewhere from here on out.

A bit more expensive but they have items I cant find anywhere else.

Worst store. Spent 30 mins in the drivethru waiting for service. Would have left but I was sandwiched between two cars.

Make sure you get there atleast 10 minutes before the pharmacy closes. They tend to close early.

Have to go find staff to check out.
